Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Space Grey (Renewed)

The iPhone arrived to me a day earlier than projected in non original packaging. It seems from other photographs that users have posted that the condition of the device varies from order to order so I will simply state how mine arrived. The condition of my iPhone is impeccable. As you can see from the photographs provided, there are no scratches or signs of damage. I’m not sure exactly what is refurbished on this device though I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out it was at least a new chassis and back panel. Though the screen is also perfect aside from a few micro scratches that can only be seen if the display is off and in the right lighting conditions. So small that even my camera didn’t pick it up. The battery health is sitting at 89% so still well over the quoted minimum of 80%. Though that is to say this device is not without signs of use. The cleanliness of the device is good on the surface though there was a bit of dirt build up in the mute slider and speaker grills. Again not something you’d spot unless you were looking for it. Though if you are expecting something brand new then you should instead buy something brand new. The fact of the matter is that you’re getting a premium iPhone for half the price that’s still fully updated and supported. And judging by apples track record of keeping their phones updated; will be the case for at least the next three years. There are equivalently priced android phones being sold this year that will loose support sooner. So yes I do recommend this product to those looking for an iPhone on a budget.

I am really happy with my new phone wanted an upgrade but nothing too expensive and this is just perfect. The iPhone XS that I got came with 100% battery health which is really good came with a free case which I didn’t know about and also a free year warranty and three months replacement scheme where you can trade your phone for another one super happy.

And what I have to say is: it is excellent.Everything works perfectly, the speakers, the cameras, the sensors, etc. Only sign of use is an extremely small dent on the bottom, close to the lighting port. It would already be virtually invisible, but as I always have a case on, it is effectively non-existent.Highly recommend if you are willing to be acceptive that the first try may not be the one. On a generic box, yes, but who cares!A few minutes later, I found what I thought was the only gotcha: the bottom speaker did not work, and sometimes made a hissing noise. I was concerned about that noise, as it could lead to incredibly awkward situations, but it went away and I can live with only one speaker.However, after three weeks in, another issue surfaced: The primary camera is dead.The front camera works, the telephoto camera works (though with an awful focus, probably Apple uses the primary sensor to compute the object's distance), but switching to the primary it's all black. Tried a reboot, no luck.I never let it had even the smallest shock, and it was always inside a very good protective case.That's an issue I cannot live with, I'm returning the item.

I don’t ordinarily feel compelled to write reviews but here goes … to say I’m thrilled with my purchase is an understatement!I think it fair to say I was hesitant to purchase a renewed phone, I’ve only ever had new phones as my contracts have come to an end. However, I recently changed to a ‘sim only’ deal to save some money and typically a few months into the contract I managed to crack the screen on my iPhone 7. Having had this calamity befall me I decided maybe it was time to buy a phone and upgrade it at the same time.So there I was umming and ahhing about whether to go ahead and click the ‘Buy It Now’ button having seen a few alarming reviews but I decided to take the plunge.Well what can I say? The phone I received was so much better than I could ever have hoped for. There is literally not a mark on it, front or back, and I defy anyone to tell it’s not brand new. Delivery was amazingly quick and it came well packaged. In the box was the phone, an unused plug and a sim-card remover. Separately supplied was a new generic 1m Lightening Cable.The battery health is showing as a 95% and so far it’s worked faultlessly. It automatically transferred the files from my old phone and it’s not put a foot wrong. So beautiful is it that I’ve had to invest in a screen protector and case to keep it looking as good as new!If, like me, you’re undecided I would say just go for it, if your experience is as good as mine was you’ll not be disappointed.

Bought for a Christmas present for my son. The battery life was under what was described as minimum health and the camera did not work properly so could not be used. The phone itself had some marks that would not come off. Not sure how it passed any quality checks. When I requested a replacement, I was told I needed to return the phone, cleared, before getting either a refund or replacement. By this time, my son’s data had been transferred to the phone and could not go back on to his previous phone. I ended up having to buy another from a different seller, meaning I was twice out of pocket, so we could transfer the data over before clearing and returning the faulty phone. Once the phone was received, the refund was prompt, however.

This is a clean iPhone XS and whereas it has been renewed I could not fault it - no cracks on screen, no scratches, in short nothing to take away the look and feel of a brand new XS.I only buy s/h sub-£300 iPhones which helps keeps the price down to about £100 a year [ amortised ] This means that all my iPhones [ 4S 6S and now XS ] are kept at a reasonable price. Also I used pay as you go cards which keeps the cost of messaging and phone calls to about £100 a year.When I checked the storage on the phone I was pleasantly surprised to find that instead of sending mean XS 64 Gb they had actually upgraded me to an XS 256 Gb. Whoa dude, nice one. But don't tell everybody coz they will all want a deal. I can only think that they had run out of renewed 64 Gb variants and so they just sent me a 256 Gb to keep the sale. Thanks Guv !This XS is an order of magnitude faster than previous iPhones [ new processor] and the battery lasts twice as long as previous incarnations. Go for it !

The product arrived very quickly in the suppliers own packaging. The packaging came as would a normal Apple case, with charger and wire (no headset). The phone was in great condition, no marks on the screen or the glass, only very minor marks around one of the sides and corner, however not noticeable from the advertised 30cm distance. The battery life was over the advertised 80%, mine was at 89%, which is really good and will last a long time. I would buy this again from this supplier. Unfortunately I had to return the package a few days after as I realized I needed more storage. I will rate this product 8/10.

I have wanted a large screen iPhone for a while but found the cost prohibited. I then noticed the refurbished phones at affordable prices and after much pondering decided to give it a go.I'm so glad I did, the iPhone XS Max that I purchased is perfect. It looked brand new without any noticeable marks on it. The battery life at 85% was the only thing that showed that it had been used before.Overall I'm delighted with the phone, everything is working well so far and I would recommend buying a refurbished phone if cost is an issue, as it was with me.👍.

Il fonctionne très bien pour un usage occasionnel. Pour un jeune ado par exemple.

Not sure if there is differences between sellers, mine came from JJ Tech SRL. It arrived way before the expected delivery date. Super fast delivery. Phone was like new, no scratches or anything anywhere. 95% Battery health and everything works perfectly fine so far. Everything seems flawless. They were even kind enough to throw in a UK charging adapter along with the EU adapter in the box since I am from Ireland. I didn't even ask for it, so, I really appreciate the gesture. It came in a generic white box, the charging cable was original. Only the EU adapter and the extra UK one isn't. Can't complain with the value for money. Hopefully there won't be any issues in the future, but for now, it very nearly feels like a new phone without paying the new phone price.

Vorrei ringraziare Amazon e il negozio RiCompro perchè mi è arrivato un cellulare praticamente nuovo. Ben imballato, batteria al 95%, nessun segno in ogni parte del device. Sono felice dell acquisto eseguito ed anche il servizio clienti di RiCompro è stato molto gentile a contattarmi per chiedermi se era un problema un diverso colore, e visto che per me nn era un problema mi hanno omaggiato di un paio di cuffie. Prodotto arrivato nei tempi minimi stabiliti pur essendo su un isola.Grazie Grazie Grazie.

Het iphone werkte maar twee weken en dan ging het uit en werkt niet maar er komt alleen apple logo .

Ich muss sagen, ich bin echt positiv überrascht.Das IPhone sieht aus wie frisch vom Band geholt.Keine einzige Macke, kein Kratzer, nix.Der Akku hat natürlich nix mehr ganz 100% Leistung, aber fast.Funktioniert alles top, und wenn ich nicht wüsste dass es ein generalüberholtes Smartphone ist, hätte ich gewettet es ist neu.Es wird sich natürlich noch rausstellen ob sich auf längere Sicht noch was zeigt, aber bis jetzt alles super.Und es kam fast eine Woche früher an als angekündigt.Es lagen Original verpacktes Ladekabel und Adapter bei.Preis/Leistung absolut top!Sollte ich noch einmal ein gebrauchtes Handy kaufen, jederzeit gerne wieder
