Love these. My dental hygienist gave me a free sample. They actually come in different sizes. They are quit effective and are softer than the hard plastic ones. Like brushing in the dark spots. BIG WARNING though. Be carefull the wire doesn't break off between your teeth. Happened twice to me, but I still like using them.

Size 0 Piksters Brushes are not a good size match for GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens in Ultra Tight..
My teeth are close together and I normally use GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens in Ultra Tight (the yellow color.) The GUM brand brushes fit well and provide some resistance which is helpful. These Piksters in size 0 are entirely too small. I have 2 teeth that are so close together that this Pikster provides resistance while using it, otherwise with the rest of my teeth the size 0 Pikster doesn't do anything helpful. I will have to get a larger size brush set. The wire is not bending easily like the Ultra Tight GUM brand and that's good, it means it will last longer.

The best interdentals and I have tried at least 5 brands.Good brush length, enough handle length and grip. There's an extender as well.Brush strength is good.
