Installed on: 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Crewcab Shortbed. Plug and play in every way! These are great little tweeters that provide a very noticeable sound upgrade from the cheap factory paper speakers. Listening to the same song before and after makes me appreciate the easy and decent price of these speakers. You can tell my physically comparing these to the old tweeters that these little tweeters pack a punch just from their appearance. I upgraded my driver side pillar with one that has a handle and the provided 10mm 90* wrench woth that kit worked perfectly for this project. You could use a adjustable crescent wrench or a open or box wrench as well because the bolt that's closest to the windows is a bit tricky to get to. I love the fact that you can just use the factory Toyota wiring with these, so there is no splicing, cutting, or crimping needed. All of the factory holes line up perfectly as well and I kept the factory bolts, since they seemed to be superior to the ones provided. 100% would recommend this and I will probably be ordering some for my wife's 4runner soon.

WOW! Works too well on 2026 Subaru Forester base model (comes without tweeters but has the wiring) I usually turn up my treble to max but with these tweeters it was way too much (almost painful) and I had to turn it down. It plugs right up. I used double sided tape and a washer to secure one side since the tweeters were a little short from the stock holes. Getting to the stock wiring under the tweeter covers and unplugging them from the female end was a bear! This is the biggest difference I've ever made to any car stereo. It woke up and brightened up the whole sound system to the extreme! I now listen to my music at literally half of my usual volume. You will need a stubby right angled screwdriver to use the supplied screws. Wow, just WOW! Update: Even after adjusting all of the audio settings I decided to return these. To my ears they were just way too loud and it overpowered the whole stock sound system.

Fit my 2021 Tacoma SR beautifully! All you have to do is remove a pillar trim and tweeter dash trim. Plug and play. Couldn’t be easier. I’ve done quite a bit to my truck and I’d recommend this over any other upgrade if you take audio semi serious.

Nice little upgrade. Everything I read about these tweeters is true. The only additional suggestion I would make is to get yourself a set of offset wrenches it makes taking out the bolt closest to the windshield so much easier. Other than that they work great and you can definitely hear the highs on your music. Everything sounds so much better. Would absolutely recommend these. Installation took about 15mins total for both on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma.

Put them in a 2012 Tundra. They bolt in as advertised, but they do not plug in. Even after modifying the plug and flipping it upside down, it still didn’t work. But after my dad and I hard wired them in, they sound great with the proper EQ setting on my head unit.

Easy to install

Fit my 2005 Tacoma without any issues. Definitely an upgrade over the previous tweeters I had installed. Since I already had aftermarket tweeters, I just used the two wires that came on the tweeters and spliced them in. Awesome value for the money! Teamed them with DS18 Components and crossovers, along with a Soundstream amp.

Awesome upgrade. I wish I had done this when I got the truck new. Night and day difference with sound! Love them. I had replaced the other speakers with Pioneers. System sounds awesome now. Really easy to install, took maybe 5-10 minutes each side. Would definitely recommend!

... And it's a world of difference vs. Stock. Play "The National Anthem" by Radio head before and after. *mind blown*!
