Great ice maker. Makes ice quickly and I love the quality of the ice. I am the only one that uses it so not sure it could keep up if there are multiple people needing ice at the same time? It makes a bit of noise but we got use to it and don’t even notice it anymore. Blends in and fits on the counter without taking up a lot of space. We do have to pull it out if we need to open the cover all the way so it stays open on its own because it hits the cabinets above it. But I usually just hold it open with one hand and scoop with the other. The hook on the side is handy for storing the ice scoop. The basket doesn’t get completely full before it stops making ice because the ice stacks up in the middle making the machine think it’s full but if you knock the ice down it continues making more ice. I have not used the app so I can’t say how well that works. A bit pricey for the amount of ice you get but it works better than the two I had previously and does seem to stay cleaner than they did as well. The one I had before would constantly get moldy after every use even after cleaning it constantly and I live in a very dry climate. I have not had that issue with this one at all.

I purchased this item refurbished. It came with a small dent in the front of it, but it didn't affect the performance at all. The machine is very quiet and made ice pretty quickly. It's very user friendly. It doesn't hold a lot of ice, but I emptied into a container in my freezer until I had the amount I wanted. It's a trade-off in order to have a small machine that is easily storable. The ice seems pretty wet, but I think that's common for countertop ice makers. I like that this machine is light enough that I can carry it by its handle and store it away when it's not in use.

This Euhomy nugget ice maker worked great in the beginning and made excellent ice. I followed all care instructions and cleaned it regularly. However, after about 7 months of normal use, the unit failed due to a melted cord issue, which is a serious safety concern. What’s most disappointing is the lack of response from the company. I’ve reached out multiple times since last Thursday by phone and email, and was repeatedly told I’d get a response within 24–48 hours. No one ever followed up. There has been no accountability or support despite multiple attempts to resolve a potentially dangerous issue. The product itself is good when it works, but the customer service experience makes it hard to recommend.

I purchased this nugget ice maker for my 12 year old son who LOVES to eat ice and it’s been a great addition to the kitchen. The pebble ice it makes is soft and chewable, just like the kind you get at restaurants. It produces ice quickly and keeps up well with regular use. The 40 lbs per day capacity is more than enough for daily drinks or small gatherings. I like the smart features—being able to control it through the app or Alexa adds convenience and makes it easy to monitor or start it remotely. The machine is compact enough for a countertop and doesn’t take up too much space. It’s also fairly easy to set up and use right out of the box. Overall, this is a great option if you enjoy nugget ice at home. It works well, is easy to use, and adds a nice touch to everyday drinks. Color is a sleek black but I hope later they come out with a pink version because it would match the other appliances in my home. Great value for what you're getting

This little nugget ice maker so far has outlasted ALL of my previous bullet ice makers. Hope it continues! But if you thought they had all the little things worked out on this more $$ model, you might be wrong. I like that it can be programmed for ice making times. But what I really want is an ice maker that can be turned on with any wifi switch and just start making ice (NONE of them will do that). You have to program it in the app or push the button manually. I like that the top easily removes for cleaning. Ice makers do get 'funky' unless your water is perfect! So being able to clean all the nooks is nice. I don't like that every time you try to remove the ice bucket it hangs up on the lid hinges. Must learn to remove a certain way. The little 'hook' to hold the scooper is an interesting feature but I'd prefer the scoop to store properly _inside_ the ice bin, not outside.

I’ve had this for four years. I absolutely love it! Whenever I walk by and it’s full I just put some ice in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. That way when we head out to the lake, we always have ice to throw in our little coolers. Saves me a lot of time by not having to go to the store and also saves me money. So far it’s held up great too.

Love this as it makes great ice, easy to use, fast producing ice. I have 3 stars because this is so loud it’s irritating. But definitely keeping as I’ve tried others I didn’t care for.

This is the 3rd ice machine I've purchased from EUHOMY, and unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill with each newer model. A little background: I bought my first EUHOMY ice machine in 2025 for my office, and it has been AMAZING. It starts producing pebble ice within about 5–7 minutes, fills the basket quickly, shuts off when it's supposed to, and has been an absolute workhorse. I love it! My second machine was a completely different story. It never shut off—it just kept running and running while barely producing any ice. It was nothing like my first machine. I honestly thought it might have had a refrigerant issue or some other defect, so I returned it. Now for my third purchase... I thought, "It's a newer model, so it has to be even better." I was wrong. Very, very wrong. My biggest complaints: 1. Poor lid/design. Every time you open the lid, ice falls out the front because of the way it's designed. Then, when you scoop ice (which is exactly what everyone buying an ice machine is going to do), even more ice spills onto the counter. It's a messy design that should have been caught before this model was released. 2. It makes more crushed ice than pebble ice. I understand no machine will produce perfectly uniform ice every time, but this machine produces far more crushed ice than actual pebble ice. That's not what I expected or wanted. 3. It doesn't keep the ice as well as my original machine. My first EUHOMY model held the ice much better. This one melts down much faster, and overall the performance just isn't comparable. What I don't understand is how the newer models perform worse than the older one. My original machine is proof that EUHOMY knows how to build an excellent pebble ice maker. I would gladly buy that exact model again...except they don't make it anymore. It's incredibly disappointing because I know this company is capable of making a fantastic product—I own one! Unfortunately, the newer models just haven't lived up to that standard. I really wish they would bring the original design back.

We LOVE this ice machine! We use it literally daily! It is quiet and efficient. Has two different ice sizes. Tells you when to add more water or ice tray is full. My kids use it to make drinks with syrups and lemonade. It has come in very handy. Highly reccommend!

Bought for our holidays at the beach works wonderful and very steady! Take out soon as full as this does not freeze cubs

Decent ice machine but the controls aren't very clear. I've turned it on, pressed the buttonso the proper light was illuminated only to find it hasn't actually started making ice yet If they could sort out the controls and indicator lights it would be a much more complete unit
