Not a perfect fit, but it works!
It took quite a bit of jiggling around to get this non OEM replacement part so that the fixing holes aligned and the recoil arms engaged properly with the flywheel. Finally got there and the cement mixer is working again. Probably fair value compared to a Honda branded part.

Useless. Did not fit my GX160 and had to be returned.
This was advertised as fitting a GX160 but when it arrived it was totally different and did not fit in any way. I had to return it for a refund.
