A horizontal tree branch, encircled with the set up strap, then the actual TRX attached to the strap on the tree branch.

Are all the necessary straps included in this pack to set op on a tree branch?

Yes, but the tree branch might damage the trx mounting straps over time. Also, make sure the branch is stable enough to prevent Injury.

Where/ how do you attach this indoors?

Attach over a sturdy exterior door, biased towards the hinge side. Make sure you lock the door. Place a sign on the outside of the door to not open, that it’s in use.
