Tubes for holidays
Usually buy the large dispenser but purchase the tubes to take on holiday. This was recommended to me by a dermatology nurse and I must say it is one of the least irritating I have found when suffering from an eczema flare up.

Didn't work for me but may for some
Only given this 3 stars because it didn't seem to make any difference. Having said that, skin problems are notoriously difficult to treat. Specialists don't really know why it happens and there are many different types of skin issues. In reality, go and see a skin specialist, Adex may work for some but not for others.
