Create your own custom magnets quickly and easily with our new, exclusive magnet pouches! Simply insert your printed image into the pouch, then pass it through a heated photo pouch laminator sealed edge first to adhere. These magnet pouches make refrigerator magnets and car door magnets easy to create in a small workspace! We recommend using a pouch laminator with six or more rollers. You can use a laminator with less rollers, but it make take more than one pass through the machine to complete the laminating/ing process. Always use a carrier sheet. Without one, you could potentially damage your laminator. These pouches are designed for 4 in. x 6 in. paper. Multiple pieces of paper can be placed inside, side by side; however, fine s may occur. To create lightweight magnets, use a text weight paper stock (5-7 pt.). To create thicker magnets, use a card stock (10-14 pt.); card stock over 14 pt. thick is not recommended. To ensure flat magnets, remove the magnet from the carrier immediately after it exits the pouch laminator. Place the magnet on a flat surface for cooling. Running Speeds & Temperatures: For best results, make sure your laminator is fully heated before inserting the pouch into the machine. When using text weight paper, set your temperature between 230-250 deg F with a slow speed. For card stock, set your temperature between 250-270 deg F with a slow speed.
