The Poison der Full Cage Kit is a complete, weld-in cage designed with hard core four-wheeling in mind. It represents a combination of maximum functionality, strength, and unmistakable Poison der style. Poison der's exclusive Lazer-Fit system ensures precise fit and easy installation. The entire kit has been fully engineered in 3-D design software, using an actual 3D model of the specific vehicle to ensure the best fit and use of space. Tubular components are made of high strength 1.75" OD X .120" wall DOM structural tubing that is laser-cut, laser-notched and laser-etched to exact tolerances. The tube pieces are then CNC bent for a quality-assured, precise fit. The result is a kit of parts that match and fit each other perfectly, with no need for further grinding, notching, fitting or cussing. Assembly guides are laser-etched right onto the surface of the tube, precisely denoting where the perfectly notched end of one tube joins the surface of the other. Components are also etched with part identification marks to take all the guesswork out of assembling your cage. The Lazer-Fit system cuts the assembly time in half (or more!), compared to competitors' cage kits. The TJ Full Cage Kit incorporate Poison der's proprietary Lower A-Pillars. The Lower A-Pillar is engineered to provide a strong foundation for the forward section of the cage while not intruding into the dash or compromising legroom. The Lower A-Pillars and gussets, as well as all ing plates, are CNC laser cut and precision brake-formed from high strength 3/16" plate steel for quality and fit. This kit must be assembled and installed by a certified professional welder.
