Does this make fine, thin hair flat?

I can only speak for my hair, but it did not make my fine, thin hair flat; it did give it a little more volume. Best wishes.

I don’t know about gluten free. But my recommendation is do not buy it. I don’t know where this seller got this product but it was terrible. The smell was almost like petroleum and I can describe the consistency, more like cheap hand lotion than conditioner.
