Trouble free and Cheapest ink cost
It has been 2 yrs now since I moved from inkjet as printing requirements from kids drove inkjet costs high; the best and cheapest to handle all the load and trouble free. I highly recommend.

Bad quality not working product,Amazon not helping
Very bad product,auto duplex is not working,color is not coming properly,Damaged product sent by Amazon. I called Amazon on the same day,they generated replacement,but after 5 days when today no one came to pick we saw the order section in Amazon, tIt showed that product damaged return to seller, it's now 2:30 am IST,We gave first call to Amazon yesterday near 8:00 since then we are talking to Amazon Customer care department, they are not ready to replace it, they say only generate refund,and they are not ready to refund immediately or in max 2 days,they want to take 15 to 20 days ,saying it's process.The staff Sagar,Shahil Aashutosh has argumentative nature and not ready to connect to senior,they are just saying hum kuch nahi kar sakte.Ihave to say Amazon is doing very bad business on the name of process. Staff is very untrained and has no manners,they only want to lose the matter,not to solve, please don't invest money in any electronic item on Amazon. Sabji bhaji tak thik hain.

Software is not great
The print quality has been alright till now. My issue/problem has been the software. It is so buggy and keeps hanging. A print job sometimes continues to show in the queue even after it’s been printed.

An extremely user friendly AirPrinter
A very user friendly printer. I use it for Air Printing my documents and photos, and it connects and prints seamlessly from my iPhone, iMac desktop, iPad, as well as Windows laptop. Setting it up was a breeze, and all that I had to do was follow the simple installation video, and keep my phone in close proximity to the printer. I would highly recommend this product for simple home printing jobs.
