This product is not what it used to be. I’ve purchased the 1 1/4” blue rollers before, and they were great. However, the new ones are larger and they don’t longer bend. I wasted my money on three packs, only to find they were defective. It’s frustrating and misleading when a retailer changes a product, but presents it as if it’s the same.

Trying to streamline my work mornings, I wanted something that would create big wavy curls, but not require the whole wash, dry, curl routine befor work. Before sleep I shower and wash my hair, towel dry it, add product (I use Perfect Hair Day 5 in 1), brush and section, then roll up the curls. These are comfortable to sleep in, but like any soft bendy curlers, the best way to keep them in place is with a cap. I pull a satin cap over the curlers, then got to sleep. The cap keeps the curlers in place. But he time I wake up, I take out the rollers, shake my head, and am ready to go. Now that I’ve practiced with the rollers, it only takes about 5 minutes to get them in at night… a huge time savings in the morning, especially since i now shower at night. Work great, pretty comfy, need a cap to hold in place. I think I bought 5 satin caps for $10

I didn't have the problem others did with the rollers not bending. They worked just fine. However, I have fine hair with soft texture and after allowing time for drying, these gave me a really lovely loose curl for only about 15 minutes. Then the progressive loosening began. By the 2 hr mark, I just looked like I had bed head. Not really what I was hoping for. So if you have hair that loves to curl, these would probably be ideal. I would also recommend the Softhood dryer. It's a throwback to the old salon dryer hoods. It works amazingly well. It takes about 20 min. to dry the curlers and no sleeping on rods.

Im not an avid flex rod user but these don't bend on the ends to secure the hair.

These are the best jumbo bendy rollers/Flexi rods I have ever used ! They are so easy to use and give such gorgeous waves (Just like what you would get if you had done a rollerset on your hair). You get those gorgeous, wide, spiral curls that would compliment anyone. They bend quite easily, which is a surprise since I have heard jumbo flexi rods are difficult to bend. You do have to have long hair in order to use them properly.It will also hold better if you have thick hair with texture to it. Bone straight hair won't hold too well. I highly recomment these, there are my new faves !

These are my go to when I know I wont get up early enough the next day to use a curler. I add these overnight and have amazing waves in the morning. If these were more comfortable to sleep in I'd go with this method soley for curls/waves.

It’s like the rods are dry rotted. I’ve purchased blue and red rods and they don’t bend. Very poor quality. Choose another brand if you need large rods.

The flexi rods were bigger than I imagined they are made well. Arrived quickly.

These rollers do not stay in your hair, they do not fold up enough to allow them to be placed in your hair so they can stay and allow enough time for even damp hair to dry. Not a happy customer, they are completely useless for their intended purpose. I can't see any way to make them work and stay in your hair, at best they form a slight curve but no where near enough to keep them from falling out of your hair, very disappointing

These flexi-rods are great, although I still have to master my technique for using them. My only complaint is that I wish they came with more than just three. I will have to buy another set if I want to have all my hair in the rollers.I'm not sure if this is related to the product, using flexi rods in general, or my inexperience, but the curls did not stay in very long. I will have to troubleshoot and find the best way to make them last
