Best Hard Disk for DVRs and NVRs
6 TB is good to store 20 days of HD recording from 8 CCTV cameras. Western Digital gives the perfect solution for my surveillance projects

Defective drive, bad sectors
Received the goods in a poor packaging without protection. The drive is not working and showing a warning about bad sectors.

DON'T BUY FAULTY
I would give this zero stars if I could, brand new drive or it apparently is supposed to be. Installed and it spins up and then off and constantly does this, can't detect in windows disk management to mount the drive. Should have listened to the reviews and though I might be a lucky one, so back it goes. Rather buy direct from suppliers than through Amazon.

I was looking for a surveillance HDD as the one I had failed. The company installing it had replaced it 2 years ago ( and now I know with a refurb one ) which has failed again, so I wanted to buy one myself instead. It was super easy to install it, 2 cables plugged in, screw positions just on the right place and the after formatting the hdd all is good. I hope it will last more than 2 years this time with WD, last one was the competitors. It is very quiet so very happy with it. Thank you

ürün güvenlik diski ancak ben NAS Raid 1'de kullanmak için aldım şimdilik sorunsuz çalışıyor 7/24 çalışmaya göre tasarlanmış olsada sürekli çalıştırmayacağım için verilerimin'de ömrünün uzun olacağını düşünüyorum. nas 2. disk normal masaüstü 6tb disk beraber sorunsuz çalışıyorlar şimdilik.
