Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 128GB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed)

I wasn't really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can't knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn't recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn't need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still. all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don't mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

Let me start off by saying the shipper (fed ex) made getting this phone an actual nightmare. BUT once I got it I was very happy to see they had replaced the battery. Fresh battery, factory reset, and unlocked. It came with a charger, as well as a simple case A few very minimal scratches in the body which should be expected with a used phone. Customer service was very kind and professional even when I was very frustrated with the shipper. I would buy again. And I’d recommend you do too.

Received the phone and all appeared okay despite non-authentic Apple parts being used to refurbish the unit (the screen in particular). I know the parts are non-authentic because the phone produced numerous messages/warnings stating so. It worked okay for the first couple weeks and then the screen would just start randomly acting up where it would just be a pixelated mess. With a little finagling and a restart it was fine so I dealt with it. Now, after 6 months of use new problems are popping up in addition to the screen acting up more frequently. The phone will randomly call my favorites in my contact list unless I have it on do not disturb. Apps constantly have to restart. I’ve been locked out twice because the phone would try to unlock unprompted while in my pocket. Etc. Long story short, I highly regret buying this phone. I’ve bought four refurbished phones before that gave me zero issues, but this one has been a nightmare. The seller not using genuine Apple parts to refurbish the phones should have been clearly stated in the description. I will not buy again from this seller.

I’m very happy with these iPhones! They arrived in great condition and look amazing. The phone works smoothly, the screen is beautiful, and the battery life has been great so far. Everything feels fast and high quality. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

I had the iPhone SE 2020 as my first iPhone and I had it for three years. So I only really have that phone to compare the iPhone 13 Pro Max to, but the 13PX is the winner by a landslide. Despite this phone being refurbished, it is in excellent condition which is what I ordered and happily received. The only thing I noticed about it was there were a few TINY scratches on the screen…with a screen on or with a screen cover it’s not even noticeable! The battery came in 100% health, and after about 15 hours of screen time, I did all you can imagine: social media (including taking pictures and videos), music streaming, video streaming such as YouTube and Prime Video, and adding widgets to my phone that may use more battery power…the battery lasted all day!! I haven’t had that in a phone ever I don’t think. I am planning to have this phone all four years of college, and I don’t think it will disappoint. The biggest complaint I see about this phone is how heavy people say it is which made me hesitant to get it…but while it may be heavier than the average phone, it is also bigger than most phones and that is why. But seriously, it’s worth it because you will get used to it after a day and it’s really not a big deal. I am a weak girl with hands that only hold about 1/2 the phone while typing and I can handle it lol. The only problem I can really think of is that the phone may be difficult to fit in women’s pockets…but that’s why most of us have purses or bags with us so it’s solvable. However, since the phone is larger, you might be worried about safety…get a phone case and tempered glass screen protector (some even include protectors for your back cameras)! You can find many on Amazon for an inexpensive price. If you’re concerned about your privacy, I would recommend trying out privacy screen protectors that dim or block out light when you look at the screen not head-on, it is a life changer in my opinion. Sold as an Excellent in category and came in excellent conditions with 86 percent of battery health and screen and bezel in excellent shape with only one small tiny dent in the bezel top corner. I must say I am pretty impressed and even though the device was dead when it arrived the battery held well. Came with IOS 17 and upgraded to 26. Thats all I had to do. My new iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB Silver advertised as being “Refurbished, Excellent Condition” arrived on-time and in near perfect condition with zero scratches or dents, front and back cameras were pristine, battery health was at 87%, and the iCloud data transfer from my old iPhone went smoothly and only took about 10 minutes. I was very overdue for an upgrade from the iPhone 8 Plus that I had been using for the past 6 years lol. Initially I was skeptical about the quality since the reviews are mixed, but in my case I have no complaints whatsoever. The phone is also covered by the 90 Days Amazon Renewed Guarantee, so you can test it for up to 3 months and if you aren't satisfied you can return it for a refund or replacement. I strongly recommend if you want a recent phone in near perfect condition for a fraction of the price of buying a brand new one.

2026-02-19 - Ordered phone 2026-02-22 - Received phone. Appeared to be in good condition. Set up phone for use. Noticed that battery not recognized and that screen had come from another iPhone. 2026-02-24 – Placed iPhone on desk and it randomly shut down. Then it would shut down and either go into a “boot loop”, or would not boot at all. Sometimes I could get it to start other times, not. 2026-02-25 – checked iPhone analytics data and found “panic-full-...” records, indicating "panicString" : "panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffff03877e1a8): \"i2c0::_checkBusStatus Bus is still in a bad state; last read status 00010110 int shadow 00010100 xfer 00000000 fifo 00000000 for device grimaldi\" 2026-02-25 – Called Amazon to see options for dealing with this issue. Was advised that I should reach out to vendor. I reached out to Vendor, who did not respond at all, within 48 hours. Likely Causes (as found by entering the panicString in Google Search AI): - Failed Display Cable/Assembly: The most common cause is a damaged or failing display cable or the sensor flex assembly within the screen. - Short Circuit: A peripheral on the I2C0 line is causing a short-to-ground, preventing the bus from functioning. - Logic Board Failure: Damage to the I2C0 controller on the main board.
