Easy to Use; Get the Job Done
Someone dropped off some logs at my house. I went out and got a saw and an axe and cut it up for firewood. That was a few years ago. This past summer I cut down a tree so I grabbed the axe and went to work splitting the logs. It was exhausting. I was wacking and wacking. One log had a big knot in it. I almost killed myself hitting it. It never split. Then it occurred to me that I should sharpen the axe. Head slap! So I ordered this and watched some videos. When it came, I took a look at the blade. Oh my damn! That thing wouldn’t even cut warm butter. It was fuller than my freshman year English class. This was going to take half the day. At least I had an excuse to get outta going to Cristina’s party. I was wrong! So glad to be wrong. It took me about a half hour. That file just went to work on that axe. So I grabbed that log with the big knot in it. Three hits and that thing split right down the middle. I put the axe back in the shed and went inside to make some Brazilian cheese bread for the party. It was a good day.
