I’ll start by saying this, if you are worried about discrete packaging then I’ll put your minds at ease. When you checkout there is an option to have your item shipped packed in a plain Amazon box. Do that and your worries are at an end. BUT that’s not that important because it seems ac infinity has thought of this and no longer packages these with a big advertisement of what’s inside. It does have a SMALL logo on either end of the plain box and in very small letters it says air filtration system but aside from that no big deal. I still opted for the Amazon box because I don’t want people getting the wrong idea. Now on to the actual product itself. Quality is top notch as always. Yea you can hear the fan on the highest settings but on 6 and below it’s very VERY quiet for the amount of air this unit moves. You’re really getting some high quality equipment here. Now onto the app. So far I’m very pleased with it. I grow sarracenia and I start thousands of seedlings in a grow tent for about a year before they go outside for their first dormancy. While a carbon filter isn’t really necessary for these plants, an exhaust fan is because they naturally like lots of light. The grow light I’m using doesn’t generate a ton of heat but on a warm day the temps can rise past 80 and I prefer to keep my plants in the mid to high 70’s. This fan and controller have allowed me to keep my climate within precise parameters from ANYWHERE. I love being able to monitor my tent while I’m at work. It definitely offers peace of mind. Well worth the money spent! If I were to purchase the inline exhaust fan, controller and other extras seperate it would definitely add up to more than this whole kit. The way I see it the carbon filter is a nice extra. Like I said I don’t need to get rid of any smells but I set it up to filter incoming air when the exhaust fan comes on when the temp rises above 80F Ac infinity always impresses me with their quality and attention to detail. It really is top notch. You can’t do any better. I’d be amazed if any of the similar units are anywhere close to this level of quality.

I have $8000 into ac infinity equipment and this is the only thing I’ve felt scammed on and it’s making me consider purchasing from other brands as I upgrade and upscale into the future.

As soon as I got my S44 light - I was hooked on AC Infinity's build quality. And wanted to have better control over exhaust heat & smell. This kit is perfect for my 4'x4'x80" tent. Sets up easy, came packaged really well, and works like a champ. It's a bit loud when it ramps up to full power, but it also moves a ton of air quickly. Mine spends most of its time around half power, and is pretty quiet there. At full power, it's comparable to a window A/C unit. They've got duct silencers available if noise is a problem. Tons of included mounting hardware, plenty of ducting. All very high quality in build and look. The controller can be a bit confusing to set up at first, but they have a YouTube video that explains it all pretty quickly. I find setting up advanced automations is the way to go, as that will override any default settings and you can have any number of custom triggers and high / low settings for specific schedules, as well as transition points and buffers for smooth ramping of fan power, etc. The data graphs on the app are fantastic, and make it a lot easier to tweak the setup for ideal conditions. Highly recommend this whole system, and am adding one of their humidifiers, another clip fan, and the outlet controller for a small heater soon.

This combo is great and very reliable. They run the quietly as to not disturb anyone in the next room even at full go. Easy to use, hand and assemble. Great value for the money and AC has great customer support.

Not for a home grower will blow fuses if not ready for specs

There is so much to rave about with the AC Infinity Air Filtration PRO Kit 4”. From the packaging to the fan, filter and virtually everything you need to setup a small enclosed grow area. Couldn't wait to see it in action. Have had it one day and am impressed. Due to my inability to easily understand the sophisticated software in the Controller Pro I had to configure and reconfigure. VPD is new to me and took me a while to sorta understand it. Still not sure that I have it right but it is doing what I want and configured it to do. Its quiet and saves much time from manually checking and rechecking with manual tools. Only suggestion at this point is I wish a lip was added around the flanges on both the fan and the filter. Would help with mounting and also make a better seal when using the ducting. I was surprised that they do not have the lip actually. May be a good reason as to why it wasn't added. All in all it is worth the investment if you want some great grow automation. Highly recommended !!!!!

I absolutely love this company. I had bought another system only for it to quit working a month after I got it so I got a AC Infinity system and it is great! Has a few issues from time to time but it has been a dream with this system and they actually fix issues. By the time you are ready to complain there is usually a notice of upgrades before even actually calling. I would recommend this product and company to everyone. I'm sold!

My tent would get 85°- 90° when the lights were on and I would have to keep my house freezing cold in order to bring the tent temperature down. So I searched for a portable AC and came across this unit. Before buying it, I read the specs. and found that it works up to a 10x10 size tent but I was unable to find a minimum tent size recommendation so I decided to get it. Once I got the unit setup and turned it on (with the fan speed on the lowest setting) my 2x4 tent blew up like a balloon. After opening a air vent on the side of my tent and increasing my exhaust fan speed the positive pressure was reduced. The unit cooled my tent super fast and works great overall. I have to keep the air vent open (even when the lights are off) to keep it from building positive pressure but overall I love being able to control my tent temperature without keeping my house freezing cold all the time. Although its overkill for a 2x4 tent setup, I already spent the money, so I figured I might as well keep and use it. I do plan on buying a bigger tent one day so I dont consider it a waste of money.

Ein Punkt, den ich allerdings festgestellt habe: Wenn der Lüfter von Stufe 0 auf 1 schaltet, hört man den Motor für etwa eine Sekunde. Dieses Geräusch ist nicht störend, aber dennoch wahrnehmbar. Sobald der Lüfter läuft, ist er wieder angenehm leise und unauffällig. Flexibilität durch den langen Schlauch Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der mitgelieferte Schlauch mit einer Länge von 7 Metern. Diese Länge bietet enorm viel Flexibilität, was besonders bei größeren Zelten oder komplexeren Setups hilfreich ist. Egal, wie die Abluft geführt werden soll – der Schlauch sollte in den meisten Fällen problemlos ausreichen. Befestigungsmöglichkeiten Die Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für Lüfter und Filter sind durchdacht und bieten viele Optionen. Besonders für kleinere oder standardisierte Zelte sind sie hervorragend geeignet. Es könnte jedoch zu Herausforderungen kommen, wenn man den Filter und den Lüfter eng zusammen oben im Zelt montieren möchte. Hier ist etwas Planung oder Anpassung nötig, da der Platz in manchen Zelten begrenzt ist. Fazit Das AC Infinity T6 Pro Set bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eignet sich hervorragend für Hobby- und Profianwender. Der leise Betrieb, die hohe Verarbeitungsqualität und die flexible Handhabung durch den langen Schlauch machen es zu einer lohnenswerten Investition. Kleinere Kritikpunkte, wie das kurze Geräusch beim Einschalten des Lüfters und mögliche Schwierigkeiten bei der Befestigung im oberen Bereich des Zeltes, sind nicht gravierend und schmälern die Funktionalität kaum.
