This grease coupler works extremely well. It provides a very secure, tight hold on grease zerk fittings, which allows for better grease transfer and significantly less mess compared to standard couplers. It is slightly longer and a bit bulkier than the original couplers that come on most grease guns (both electric and manual), but that actually works in its favor. Great addition to the toolbox, works great on ALL GREASE ZERKS, SAE AND METRIC

The threads are not the same that are on the Lincoln 1162 Pneumatic grease gun hose. I had to run an 1/8 NPT die on the grease guns hose threads to make it compatible. Other than that, it seems to work good.

Lock and lube grease couplers are awesome! Can’t say enough good things about them. Have one on every single grease gun I own and will continue to install them on any future grease guns i get. They are absolutely essential for a lever style manual grease gun! Still nice to have on a pistol grip, or an air or battery powered grease gun, especially if you use attachments like needle tips and right angle adapters! Do yourself a favor and try one, I guarantee you’ll never go back to a traditional grease coupler again.

Works as advertised. Eliminates problem with normal grease nozzle getting stuck on fitting. Great add on to make greasing easier.

This isn't a must have, but its worth having if you grease more than a lawnmower once a year. It does a decent job of staying on the grease fitting if you have to connect at a slight angle. its not perfect, if you have zerks with worn catches or more extreme angles it still leaks. The lever is a little bit difficult to depress but maybe I'm a wimp or my hands are the ideal dimensions. The only thing not to like about it is that often times on tractors/implements/loaders you have to reach the hose into a difficult spot and it won't fit - its annoying to have to switch couplers. In general lock n lube makes pretty good stuff. The packaging is good enough to keep components in place (compared to other companies that send stuff in organizers that turn into a jumble of crap in the shipping process)
