I tried the new car smell one but didn’t like it. This one smells really nice like warm laundry. It isn’t too overpowering to the point where it gives you a headache.

This filter saved my family. Have you ever opened your car door (maybe a few days in a row) only to find it smells like some combination of miscellaneous death? Like do you remember in the movie Grumpy Old Men when Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau his dead fish in each other’s cars? This was my reality a few weeks ago. Picture the family minivan. Naturally in this situation you start to wonder what the Hell kind of food the kids dropped that rolled under a seat and started to rot. You give the car an extended once over, an amateur’s attempt at detailing including pulling out and scrubbing all the floor mats. It wouldn’t be outrageous for the smell to have been dog poop on someone’s shoe so you scrub the floors just in case. But still when you turn on the air blowers the smell of pure disgust blasts through the vents and saturates your amazing cleaning job (and your family). When your hubby checks the air filters, he discovers that the family minivan has been invaded by another family. It’s like a Lifetime movie where there’s someone else living in the attic and terrorizing everyone and making you think you’re crazy. Only this time that family is a family of mice. And they didn’t make it. And your car’s smell accurately and intensely reflects these events. Even after removing the second family from the situation, their stench lingered. It takes some time to rid a family minivan of such a smell, but we decided we didn’t need to suffer through the process. And that’s where this car air freshener came in. Bayside Breeze. Halle-FREAKING-lujah, what an amazing scent. I never would have imagined I’d be in this situation, and that a little scented tree shaped savior wrapped in plastic could bring our traumatized nostrils so much pure joy. You can even slowly freshen over time by pulling a little more tree out of the package—which is a great feature for making the most of one air freshener and increasing its longevity. And that’s what we will do with the second one in the package. But in our case, we went all in and took the glorious tree fully out of the package. You just don’t mess around with the lingering scent of the dead mouse family that snuck under your car and made its home in your air filter. You replace the filter and get yourself some of these.

This is one of my favorite air fresheners. It smells exactly like shaving cream — which I weirdly love — maybe because it triggers those “fresh haircut, clean shirt” vibes. Let’s be real: no air freshener lasts forever. I’ve tried cheap ones, pricey ones, and every “luxury” scent in between. None of them lasts much longer than this. So why drop big money? These smell amazing, smell authentic, and are the best bang for your buck.

They would get at Star but... CRAZY EXPENSIVE! I was under the obviously mistaken impression that there were 3 Little Trees to a pack! I doubt they're made with natural herbal and floral extracts but rather with chemicals so the manufacturer is making a killing: $4+ for 1 hanging tree seems excessive to me and I'll not be buying them again. 😔 I think I have some parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme around somewhere... 😄

Tried this scent for first time and now it's my favourite. Honestly, to me it doesn't really smell like "bayside breeze", but it does give off sweet apples and just sweet / fresh scent in general, but not overwhelming. Scent dissappear after few days, but enough for few rides.

Great. I used them in the heads of our catamaran.

I cut these up and put the bits in my bidet air filter box. Works great for months.
