I absolutely love in my plate so far. It forces me to get all the necessary food groups I need within my diet without overdoing one area. I am also a teacher and the last few years have been super stressful which caused me to pick up excess weight. I am evenly portioned however, I am hoping with the reminders of this plate will assist me in loosing weight as well as serve as motivation. The only critique I have is I really wish it had raised divider's between the foods ( for those that are like me and do not like for their foods to touch ). Otherwise, I'm impressed.

The plate has been helpful. It feels flimsy and I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher. Keeps me on track with portions. I think I paid too much for it .
