@katbite: when i bought this roll in 2021, it listed maximum baking temp of 450 degrees f. i just bought it again and it's downgraded to 425. why?

The ignition temp of paper is 451 Fahrenheit. It will scorch and catch on fire. So keep it below 450. Even at 400 it will still scorch.

Can you please post your kosher certification?

There are no kosher markings on the box. And, what I didn't know when I bought it, is that it's made in China.

can you use this parchment paper in a smoker?

Parchment paper is suitable to use in a smoker and is stable enough to go on your grill as well. You’ll have to check the temperature rating of your paper first, but most uncoated parchment paper products are safe at temperatures up to 400°F.
