Good product

Seems to be effective to whitened the teeth, let’s see for a longer use. This item could not be find in EU (teeth whitening is in the hands of dentists) where peroxide oxygen is limited to 0.6%…without any significant effect.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I like this toothpaste. I'm mid-60s and it has whitened my teeth. I have fillings on both of my next-to-front teeth that are very brown (coffee?). I've had these stains for over 5 years. I have been using this for about a month. My teeth are whiter and the stains might be lighter, too. I feel like the peroxide is good for my gums. My teeth feel smooth and my mouth feels fresher.I just ordered my 2nd tube and my husband is going to try it.Next time I might get the Colgate Optic White Renewal 3% hydrogen peroxide because it has twice as much product for about the same price. I hope it will give the same effect on my teeth and gums.I have no issue with the taste. I don't notice a flavor. Just feels clean.Works for me.

If you want a whitening toothpaste that will combat your coffee habit this one will work well for that, however, I do warn you it tastes awful. If this is worth it to you, go for it. I probably will get a different toothpaste though in the future by this same brand in a better flavor next time personally.
