These are *not* as pictured. They are perfectly fine!
The cables weren't as pictured, since Knitter's Pride changed its name. But when I complained to the seller, I got a very prompt, helpful, kind response, so I'm more than happy with the purchase!

Would recommend to get some more length
The quality and the appearance and flexibility and the smoothness is absolutely recommend for a person knitting an item. I need a little extra room definitely would recommend it. Great value of the money and the good weight

Better than the originals!
I had almost given up on my interchangeable, as the cables don't stay in during use. recently, I was mid- project, needed to add acablree, and I couldn't find my cable case. so, I ordered a new set. What a difference! no more dropped knitting. these cables are the bomb! If you have been tormented by cables that don't stay engaged, I recommend that you give this set a try. my only complaint is that I[one cable was "wonky". the threaded end was askew so it doesn't engage completely. I messaged seller, got no reply

Economical, lightweight and replaces stitch holders
I love knitting in the round. What I didn't love was the number of round needles that I had to buy and the cost of replacing them and the mess in the drawer that I kept them in. I should have bought these 30 years ago. They are lightweight and encourage me to take on larger projects. I never use my straight needles anymore. The weight of the sweater or scarf sits on my lap not on the needles. This set of cords has a cord long enough to knit a sweater for a large person ( 2X) with worsted yarn, in the round, with a #9 needle. (300 stitches) Knitting in the round eliminates the side seams adds comfort and streamlines the look of the finished sweater. Experienced knitters know this. I also am currently using the smaller cords and screw on ends to hold the stitches for the sleeves. They are so light that I hardly notice them. I enjoy knitting more and travel with my kit everywhere. I was stopped in the airport once but since the needles are small and made out of wood I guess they didn't find me a threat.

Wash off powder/sticky from manufacturing
When I received these black cords some were gray and sticky/powdery as if the last process in manufacturing (cleaning/polishing) was not complete. I washed all the cords with dish soap and wiped the material off with paper towels. Seems to be ok now. The lengths provided in this pack are great! Fits all my Dreamz needles from 3.0 mm to 15 mm!

Works Great!
These cords are a great value and give me every size I need. They don't curl up easily and feel sturdy. I like the ease of taking the needles off and putting them on. They stay secure while working on my project.

Great needles set, but...
You need to keep an eye on the needle/wire connection. After so many rounds they can unscrew and disconnect leading to dropped stitches. The stainless needles are so smooth enabling you to knit faster. The set I have does not come with a 16 inch wire length which I tend to use ofter, but no problem...I ordered it from Amazon for just over 4 dollars.

Very curly
The cables are perfect but it is better if you heat them up first as it straightens the twists

Love the longest cable
The longest size is great for big projects such as large blankets. Very roomy for my 300 cast on stitches. I’m at 135 rows and so far so good. I don’t know how this cable is going to fair out as the weight of the blanket gets heavier. Fingers crossed 🤞

Exactly what I ordered!
Some minor wording discrepancies in the listing: Knitter's Pride has now rebranded themselves in North America to match the rest of the world and is now KnitPro. They always were in Europe. I checked the back of all of the packages; all of the cords, new or old packaging, are still made in India so they haven't changed manufacturers with their new rebranding. I ordered 2 packs of cords, and received 2 different things which is a bit weird. Based on the product photos, it's supposed to be 6 black cords, one of each of the listed sizes. In the first package that I opened (top row in the image attached), they're all black and 5 of the 6 are KnitPro and one is the old Knitter's Pride packaging. OK, fine. In the second pack that I opened (bottom row in the image attached), 3 of the 6 are the colour version of the cords and the other 3 are black (and none are in the old packaging). It's a bit weird that an order placed for 2 packs of cords didn't result in the exact same thing twice, but I got everything I ordered and it all works, so I can't complain! Overall, I got exactly what I ordered and more or less what I expected at a good price, and I would order these again if I needed all of the sizes (I should stop stepping on my knitting needles and breaking them at the threading!)
