Helps a lot!!!
Help amazingly with regular back. Doesn't help with neck or Shoulder pain but does stretch your spin out and helps.

It is pretty easy to use, but I am 200lbs and the plastic would bend half the time. I did get a couple good cracks.

Good for stretching your back
It does help in stretching your back. It’s sturdy enough and has different levels for you to use. Maybe the only thing I would have liked was for it to be a bit wider.

Magical
I heard good and bad reviews about this product but I decided to try it either way. I am 100% happy that I decided to ignore the bad reviews and give it a try. This thing is awesome for back pain. It’s easy to set up, it’s easy to use and it relieved my back pain instantly. I’m guessing It will have to be used quite often to help keep the pain at minimum, but I don’t mind. This is overall 100% worth the $16!

Does not work the way you would think
It can hurt your back and doesn’t really crack your back like you would think

TikTok Made Me Buy It...
So I saw this frequently on TikTok and thought I would try it for myself and my daughter who has scoliosis. None of my family members can get this to pop our backs on any setting. The only thing it's kind of good for is stretching your back. I guess the moral of this story is don't believe everything you see on TikTok lol.

Easy to use and comfortabl
I thought this might be a little painful on the spine but the rubber insert really helps. this definitely helps crack my back and alot better than having someone walk on it
