I love the sound and style of this speaker/radio!
A radio and streaming speaker all in one? Sign me up. Love to listen to NPR, podcasts, and Spotify in my kitchen. This does it all and more for me! Small footprint so it doesn't take up much space, awesome base for pumped up bake-athons, and so simple my boyfriend can even use it without the Tivoli app. The app could use some work, but i hardly use it due to mostly using the unit for Spotify, radio, and bluetooth streaming podcasts. Highly recommend if you actually use a music service!

Beautiful but flawed
Tried for hours to pair with wifi and bluetooth on multiple devices. I gave up. The set up process is cumbersome. I bought because it looks nice and have had Tivoli radios before. The sound is muffled with way too much base. Terrible if you are listening to NPR or podcasts. I will be returning and my opinion of Tivoli is much lower. Will be buying either Audio Engine B2 or Klipsh The One.

Great Sound, user experience needs improvement
This Tivoli radio produces a full deep sound with crisp highs. As an FM or DAB radio, its simple and easy to use. As a streaming device for Spotify of Tidal, its more complicated then needs to be. The Tivoli Wireless Audio app needs thorough testing and enhanced user features for both Apple and Android. When Tivoli enhances the app, this radio will be awesome. I recommend for those that want a simple FM or DAB radio with easy use and great sound. If you don't mind a complicated app to use the streaming services (Spotify, Tidal), it would be worth the extra time to use it for the rich sound. Tivoli is a master at producing great sound, and lacks ability at delivering user friendly apps.

Not reliable if using software and WiFi
Save yourself the heartache and frustration if you are over 30. Attempted to hook up a One, 2 cubes, a ConX for my turntable and a sub. Using the Tivoli Art app. This has more quirks than any other device I’ve ever used. I have solid WiFi, and this is nothing but poor software. Speakers disappear and reappear on the app. Speaker lags behind the others, have reinstalled the firmware more times than I can count. NOT intuitive, and a serious pain in the you know what. And it’s a shame, because the sound is great, what I would expect from Tivoli. Too bad I can rarely get music through it effectively. Fix the software and interface. Please.

Stylish, Good Sounding but not quite ready for the 21st Century
This gizmo is definitely a work in progress, a mixed bag, and a near miss. Its sound quality is exceptional, in part due to its implementation of the folded horn speaker that Henry Kloss' small radios used starting in the late 20th century. The FM reception is just as good as my 2 other Tivoli table radios and the addition of a telescoping aerial is a nice touch. Some of the controls in this unusual design work better than others. Volume level works well and the setting is saved when the Model One Digital is switched off. Radio tuning is easily done by turning the large steel ring that surrounds the circular display. That display can be a problem for a table radio because it is difficult to read when the unit is well below eye level as it would be on a kitchen counter (as opposed to a desk with the user seated). You need to bend or stoop to see it clearly. There are some functions requiring a press of the tuning ring, which requires a lot of force and a firm hand to hold the unit steady while you click the ring. I did not test performance with Bluetooth or Auxiliary input, but multiple presses of the power/volume button allow cycling easily through the functions. Listening to internet radio stations requires use of a computerized device and an app from Tivoli. I installed the app on an iPod Touch and I also needed to use the TuneIn service to choose internet stations. Once you set a station and set the Model One to play, it will continue and the iPod, iPad, Android device, etc. is not needed unless... Well, a big problem pops up at this point because switching to FM or turning off the Model One dumps the internet station out of memory immediately. You need to launch the app on your other device and set it up again. There is no ability to save favorite internet stations as presets either. I contacted Tivoli's very responsive tech support via email and they confirmed this as normal behavior, saying they may change things in a future update. To make matters a bit worse, my unit lost connection to my home network several times during the 3 days I had the Model One. (I have an iPad and an Apple TV, neither of which have this issue.) So I would recommend the Model One mainly for its looks and sound quality as an FM table radio. I returned mine because I want an easy to use internet radio as well.

Really love the look and sound of this piece
Really love the look and sound of this piece. This is by far the most powerful single speaker Trivoli on the market right now and sounds great on everything from Major Lazer to Soundgarden (RIP Chris). Love using it for Tidal and Spotify. Really cool that the knob allows to control more than just FM radio. Its a little pricey but worth it!

Frustrated and a waste of money
We were unable to connect this device to a WIFI network at work or at home despite following directions. I bought this for my partner to use at work, and we had our professional IT team attempt it and they failed. We did not do anything at that point, left it on the shelf, then I brought it home and tried again. It still would not play even though a Spotify song would play on our iPhone. I purchased two of their original models and recall it was difficult to connect them, but eventually I succeeded. This one is impossible. Now it is too late to return. Frustrated and a waste of money.

Improvement
We had the Model One (analog). Liked everything except for that it was hard to tune stations and when found, reception was frequently lost. The Digital addresses those issues with digital tuner and preset mode -- which is essential because manually tuning is way too slow. Unfortunately every time you turn the radio on, you need to hold bezel to re-enable the preset mode. A second issue is that the time and date automatically sync with the RDS of the station you listen to. You can manually set time and date, but they'll be over-written when the radio is used and if the station has RDS. Apparently many stations around me don't update their clocks because the time and date the radio displays are usually incorrect. This is a problem Tivoli really needs to fix -- make it an option to not auto-sync.

I graduated to the newest DIGITAL “Tivoli One” FM radio recently from an older analog model. Only two buttons - volume and station tuning, plus latest iPhone WIFI connection for Spotify, etc. Wireless multiple zone room speakers, similar to Sonos. Totally amazing sound for a mini office radio, (feels like you are sitting in front of a two foot square speaker) with the beauty of Danish minimalist design and natural walnut woodwork. Digital radio shows the name of song playing, station name and frequency - plus you can PAUSE live WiFi radio, handy when I have to make a phone call.

I had high hopes for the digital version of the model one. I bought to replace my 20 yr old unit. First, the app - it keeps asking to set-up again and again after initial set-up. Second, it’s much lighter than the analog version, thus you need to hold unit when pressing the button to turn it on. Included manual is inadequate. Sound quality is good. As for wifi radio - you need another device to access the stations. Definitely not a true wifi stand-alone unit.

Pros: looks great, has that lovely Tivoli sound. Excellent FM reception. Cons: Irritating controls, matching ART line is a pain to set up and use.
