Apologies to the seller, I cannot work out how to reply to your message! This meter is great value and easy to use. However their customer service is top notch, swift reply to my question, I had an issue and they rectified immediately above and beyond what I'd hoped for. I had around half of my strips not work, and although I'm 99.9% sure I was doing it right, carefully following the video instructions, there was every chance it could have been. They sent whole packs of replacement and I am very grateful. Thanks again!

I purchased the kit in June, it worked well, now the readings are all over the place, sometimes I have to use 3 strips and hopefully get 2 tests the same, now I do 3 or 4 tests and there not eaven close. I have email as suggested, nobody bothered to get back to me.

It was initially difficult to slide the info tabs into the device. Its a bit awkward but fine when you know which way to wiggle them. Information is clear and quick. Handy if you are carnivore or keto👍

Nice deviceBut the refills are crazy over priced! You have to buy the lances in a box of 100 and then the test strips in a box of 40.

I needed to find out if I produce ketones while I fast. When we have insulin resistance or problems with this hormone, the body will not enter ketosis. It might be dangerous to fast.I produce ketones like a machine. So grateful for this tool. Even using a needle is not painful at all.

Exactly what I was looking for, easy to understand instruction and worked perfectly right out of the box with no issues. I was very reasonably priced - but the test strips are pricy - I tested my ketones every 3 days at first then every 5 days afterwards ... only because the strips are pricey I was 100% satisfied. sp much better and more accurate that the urine strips Highly recommended to monitor your progress

Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme mit der Messung. Nachdem ich reklamiert hatte, bekam ich umgehend und anstandslos eine neues kit zugeschickt, dass jetzt einwandfrei funktioniert und problemlos zu handhaben ist. Sehr guter Kundenservice.

Attention, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi : c’est un lecteur de cétones, PAS de glycémie. Donc si vous cherchez à suivre votre taux de sucre, passez votre chemin, ça ne fonctionnera pas pour ça.Cela dit, je l’ai gardé quand même, parce qu’il fonctionne très bien, il est précis, rapide, compact, et la petite pochette fournie est super pratique : tout est bien rangé, facile à emporter partout.Très bon produit si vous suivez un régime cétogène ou surveillez vos cétones pour des raisons médicales.
