5 inch caster wheels set

These 2" Caster Wheels are very well made. They feel heavy duty even though they don't claim to be. The lock feature is relatively easy to lock and unlocking is the same, as long as you can get a toe under the arm to pry up on it. These casters also come with mounting hardware which is an added plus in my mind. Depending on the size of caster you order, you may get screws as well as nuts and bolts providing you a mounting hardware choice. They casters roll well over small obstacles but as these are only 2" in diameter. I would not expect them to roll over an obstacle of any size. Casters 3" and larger can roll over extension cords and other similar type objects without too much problem. Overall these are great casters at a great price! I highly recommend them.

I used these to support a heavy duty 100 lb dumbbell stand, which supports an additional 670 lb of weight for a total of 770 lb on my heavy duty rubber mat floor of my garage gym. Once I was able to outline the hole location and then drill the holes for the wheels, it was easy as cake to install them. These roll very smoothly, even supporting 770 lb and are about as maneuverable as you can expect for carrying such a heavy load. The locking mechanism works well, too. I was debating buying 4 inch wheels with a 220 lb capacity just to be safe, but these claimed 1000 lb capacity wheel appear to be holding up just fine after a few days of use. The screws and bolts for whichever installation you prefer was a huge perk. Also, the bolts and nuts are decent quality hardware. I have often seen such inferior quality hardware that I needed to buy my own hardware at the local hardware store because I didn't trust the stuff included. Not the case with these. They are grade 4.8 hardware, which is good enough for the application.

These feel nice and solid. Wheels turn well, brakes work, and they were easy to install. I bought these to install onto a Fido dog house after its base snapped off. The edges caught on the loops of the berber carpet and the particle board cracked, then broke off entirely. I removed the remaining pieces of the base. Made roughly 3/4” x 5” x 5” square base supports for extra thickness, and then attached them to each corner. Then I mounted these wheels on those supports. Turned out pretty well. The dog house now moves easily when needed.

Was making a work bench for my jointer and planer. Wanted wheels on the bench so I could move them around easily. I was pleasantly antly surprised at how sturdy they were when I unboxed them. The other thing that was nice was the hardware that came with the wheels. I was expecting to have to by sturdy fasteners but no the ones that came with the wheels are fine. I attached the wheels to my bench with no problem. They roll smoothly across the concrete floor in the garage. The locking lever seemed a bit tight at first but with some use they have eased up. Definitely worth the money and would buy again.

They are very nice. They roll smooth they can carry some weight. MAYBE four of these can carry 1400 pounds. In my business, we go up and down ramps with equipment in cases with these casters no way are you gonna go up and down a ramp with 1400 pounds of anything in a giant road case with four of these wheels they will melt. They will fall apart. I've had four of these that were similar with a case with 400 pounds of cable in it and after a couple uses, they just bent. Four of these might be good for about 350 pounds but I wouldn't advise anymore. Get some heavier casters if you need to do that.

These are very heavy duty and do not disappoint ! I used them for Heavy duty shelves in the basement. I added a 2 x 4 to the bottom each of the shelf and these are perfect and the brake works with ease.

Smooth, strong, and easy to set up, currently holding up a 55g barrel on a wooden stand like its nothing!

I had a previous set of wheels on a dolly that were were really hard to roll especially if you needed to turn in any direction. This is why I finally decided to buy some of the Weenker swivel casters and make my own dollyl These casters are really great and my dolly will turn and move in any direction very easily. The lock on them is an extra bonus and works easily to hold it in place when needed. Definitely a good buy!

Happy with this purchase. Great value and appear to be well made. The addition of (Phillips / cross head) screws and washers for install is a nice touch, saving time and additional expense! Comes with a screwdriver with reversible bit too, if you don't have one. Installed these 2" casters on a base I made for my 150lb drill press. Only just installed, but they roll well on my rubber mat covered concrete floor and lock solidly. Would happily purchase again. Waiting for the 3" to come back in stock for my next project...

A good price for very sturdy wheels. Use them outside on mobile flower tubs which are very heavy.

These casters are firm smooth and solid.it would be good to have them available in a package of two for different applications

Bought these to put on a wooden planter I made which is big and very heavy work brilliant and is easy to now move about highly recommended thankyou

Good product. Comes with screws/bolts which are surprisingly good quality as well. Recommend these castors. Used them for a folding work table.
