It should have 4 stars because of the taste. But we all know products from overseas never have those fancy bad fillers in their products to make things taste good. Soooooo that's why this gets a 5 star rating. It legit smells like ammonia and black licorice. It tastes just as described. But let me tell you your mouth will be clean and teeth feel squeaky clean. My breath smells good too. Made my tongue feel clean too. I got my hands on this cause my friend Germany visited me and left it. I used it and was happy with the outcome but not the process. I ran out of the little tube and was elated to find it here on Amazon

I am 75 years old. My mouth and gums get injured easily now. I go to the dentist, brush and floss carefully and use Rx mouthwash. This toothpaste does Not taste good to me, but it is very soothing to my mouth. The instructions are in German, which I know a little from living there.

i’ve only used the toothpaste two times and it’s amazing. My teeth felt like I’ve been to a dental hygienist, it gets the job done that well. It’s small but it lasts a while as you only need a very small pea size, and it’s worth the money. The smell isn’t as bad as people make it out to think, it’s just strong, but if it bothers you that much you can use some mouthwash.

These small tubes actually can last a rather long time. I am using perhaps a quarter of the amount I would usually put on my toothbrush and it performs admirably. The taste is minty -- but a different sensation than what is normally offered with domestic brands. It seems more "natural" as well as subtile. And it seems like a combination of minty flavors. The small red tube, carton and the paper insert are all printed in German. If you are like me and occasionally like to take the the boring task of toothbrushing to the next level, this is one product worth considering.

If you prefer a toothpaste that doesn’t foam a lot, this one might be perfect for you! Overall, I highly recommend it for people with sensitive teeth.

Love this stuff! Wouldn’t use it daily as it can cause sensitivity but my teeth always feel so clean after I use this
