An excellent practice aid.
I have been working with a teaching pro who suggested that I pick up this arm band to deal with an "over the top move" that I have been making with my golf swing that produces low, pull-hooks. I have been working with this arm band on the practice range for about a month now. I have seen great results so far. I'm letting the club "fall" at the top of my swing now instead of trying to force the downswing with my arms. I'm hitting the ball higher, straighter, and with much more carry distance than I was before my last lesson and the introduction of this training aid to my practice at the driving range. It is a no-brainer for the price.

Great but not essential
I think it’s a great training aid but I don’t use it as much as I thought I would. Although when I do put it on it straightens out my swing

Works good but the elastic material is somewhat abrasive and rough on the arms

Excellent Swing Trainer
Many people say it helps with the chicken wing at the top of the swing (and it does), but it actually does something much more important. It forces you to make a ‘one piece’ take away at the start of the swing, thereby placing you on the correct plane throughout. Practice with this device and you’ll quickly improve both accuracy and tempo. Oh... and it’s good quality too.

Eh there is better
Helps with your shot but not comfortable. Can only wear it for 4 or 5 shots before wanting to take it off. Hate to say it but it feels like sandpaper.

Great, inexpensive but effective swing aid
Inexpensive aid that very quickly teaches a player proper arm and body movements, promoting a full shoulder turn while not allowing the arms to “run away”. Everyone should have one.

You Can Try
It’s good. Need to try more. However, I think the ball that you put around your neck with a string would be better - though very expensive
