It works so much better than having a tower or any other fan on the floor, sounds quieter too - because the air is coming from above it does not cause as much irritation as the others either. Amazing all year round with the ability to switch the direction of the fan as well - forward for those really hot days and reverse for gentle air circulation when it's cooler. This size was perfect for a 3.5m x 3m bedroom. We run into some issues with it initially but it turned out to be because of the dimmer switch we had in the room - once switched to a normal on/off it worked perfectly. The light is very nice and it's nice to be able to dim and change the temperature for a gentler ambience late at night. We connected it to Tuya app to use it through Google Home and that works mostly ok, though it has some funny behaviour sometimes where Google will swap the light with the fan for some reason - weird but not really an issue. Mostly we control it through the remote which we mounted next to the main light switch for simplicity. Feel like it was a really good value for money, looks quite smart, and our electrician said it was a breeze to install because of the mounting design so definitely pleased.

We have been very impressed with this ceiling fan. We found it to be good quality and works efficiently, the light settings allow for bright or dim lighting and the fan settings allow for a gentle breeze or fuller breeze when needed. It was easy to install and excellent value for money…. We have now bought 3 of these ceiling fans because they work so well.

Ordered this during a mini heatwave after discovering ceiling fans no longer like the one my granny used to have. Easy to install, I was up and running in no time. The fan pushes a lot of air and cools effectively, even on the lowest setting without being overly loud which was perfect as I installed it in my bedroom. The remote is functional and the tuya app is very easy to set up and integrate with Alexa. The Alexa voice commands for the light are fantastic - set brightness, colour temp, on/off quickly and easily. The fan voice controls though.... Er. Yeah. Use the app or remote. Knocking 1 star off for that and hope they fix that in the future. Other than *that* though, I highly recommend this light/fan and a couple of friends have bought them after seeing it in action.

One of our best purchases ever. I can't believe we spent so many years messing around with tower fans and desktop fans and small air conditioning units . Is a brilliant device and replaces your center ceiling light and is much more efficient at moving air around the whole room. Brilliant. Well-made and with a remote control to adjust the lights the color temperature and the fan speed and fan direction.

After looking at a few different models I decided to go for the Chanfok 20" fan. The price is slightly more expensive than competitors, however it seemed as though a lot of reviews on cheaper models were free products given out to test. The Chanfok 20" fan is amazing. I really love gadgets and this is definitely one of my best purchases to date. It looks sleek and modern. The build quality is excellent, and despite what other reviews might say, it's very easy to install, and most certainly doesn't require 2 people. As long as you leave 2 of the screws in the base (the 2 screws that go into the twist slots - you'll understand what i mean if you buy one) then you won't have an issue. You can use these to support the fan while installing the other 2 screws. In total it took me 10 minutes to install. I would recommend purchasing a wire block connector as they only include connector caps in the box, which i don't think are a very reliable method of connecting 2 wires together. Luckily there happened to be one in the existing light fitting that I was replacing. The functionality of the fan is excellent. You can adjust the temperature and brightness of the light (which goes very bright!). You can also quick select day and night modes. There are 6 fan speeds in total, and the fan is reversible, meaning it can blow air down, as well as sucking it up. The app was very easy to connect to. Simply switch the fan on at the wall switch, then press the Bluetooth button in the app within 5 seconds to pair. It pairs instantly and works very well. It's very responsive with no lag at all. This is not a paid review, nor did I receive the product for free. Overall I'd highly recommend this fan. You could say "I'm a big fan" of this product.

I’m quite experienced with putting up lights etc and DIY. I purchased two of these Ceiling fans. They took approx 1 hour per fan to put up. I purchased ‘Terminal Strips’ as the ones supplied in orange, are NOT suitable and should not be used in my view. There is no way to stop the cables slipping out and shorting. But by using the terminal strips, this stops this from happening. The install video does not show the whole installation. It does not show the fact you need to drill 4 holes to support the weight of the fan in to the ceiling. The fans are pretty good and provide a good amount of air movement. The light is really nice and bright. The overall quality feels good. I would recommend these fans.

Bought this item in March '25. Installed it & was very happy. After 6 months the light began to flicker the fan still worked fine. Tonight, 4th May '26, the light blew all the electrics, leaving a burning smell. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM, IT IS DANGEROUS. My sister purchased the same light and had exactly the same dangerous issue!

Wow, had I known how good these units really are I would have purchased long ago! Like many I had reservations over reliability, performance, noise and ease of installation BUT all exceeded my expectations. Chanfok has done a wonderful job of producing a fan light that offers variable brightness, colour tones and genuinely effective fan performance at every level. The unit when spinning is secure and virtually noiseless, with the rotary speeds of 1-6 producing more than ample breeze. Having the option to reverse the spin is superb feature for assisting heating a space rather than cooling, with the 1/2 hour timer options a welcome bonus. All features are operable from the handy included remote control, the smartphone app (optional download) or via Alexa depending on the model. Quality is superb too and this care extends to the fabulous English instruction guide and the ease of installation with all fixings supplied. If in any doubt, hire an electrician, but for those more confident the wiring and ceiling fixing is EASY. Wire connections (Live, Neutral & Ground) are made via supplied twist on wire nuts so it couldn’t be simpler. Trust me, I have no affiliation with Chanfok whatsoever, I’m just an incredibly impressed and happy customer who unreservedly can recommend this product to those still unsure. For value for money, fitting, size and power this is terrific option you can’t ignore… FAN-tastic!

Ottimo prodotto. Semplice il montaggio, io da solo l’ho montato in meno di mezz’ora. Non necessita della seconda fase ma si collega semplicemente con i soli tre fili fase neutro e terra , il funzionamento della sola luce o solo del ventilatore si può scegliere dal telecronista, dotato di diverse funzionalità come luce fredda , luce calda , dimmerabile e ben 6 velocità di ventilazione. Suggerisco come da mia foto , di fissare subito la staffa di fissaggio e con l’aiuto di una fascetta tenere appeso il lampadario pet il collegamento. Successivamente tagliare la fascetta e fissarlo ci le sue viti al supporto . Si può fare Davide soli . Ottima luminosità e silenziosità. Davvero bello.
