can i get this board 3.3vdc in and 24vdc out?

I don’t think this board can be run backwards to generate 24 vac. There’s an opto-coupler in the circuit with the transmit side connected to the 24vac inputs. Going the opposite direction is theoretically possible but would require a different board

Anyone know a way to crisp the output for higher frequency? at ~4kHz there's a fairly significant rise/drop time that's increasing Vrms about 20~30%

You would need to reduce the resistance of the output "pullup" resistor. You could do this by soldering a lower value resistor in parallel with the output pullup resistor. This would be challenging for the average person to do since the pullup resistor is a very small surface mount chip.

Any way to get the common anode configuration (where high in is high out) without sharing the anodes? i don't want in to share power or ground.

If you connect your source voltage to the 1+ input and connect your input signal to 1- then the output signal O1 will be "high" (VCC) when your input signal is high. But if you connect your input signal to 1+ and your input side GND to 1- then the output signal O1 will be "low" when your input signal on 1+ is high.

What exactly does this do for me? What kind of signal will it boost??

It isolates the input circuit from the output circuit and changes voltage levels from input to output. Depending on how you connect to the input ,it can function as an inverter or a simple buffer with voltage translation.
