Love this "peanut" roller! Its the perfect size for getting into the middle of the back, great for rolling out the neck and legs, and also the arms. Its well crafted and seems like it will last quite a while. And it had/has no off gassing odor! There are different density levels to these rollers, this one from DuoBall is perfect for me. I like harder rollers over softer ones, but Ive been using foam rollers for years. If your just starting off be sure to get a roller that is comfortable for your needs. I love this product and would definitely recommend!

This magical ball is a must-have for anyone with tension along the spine. My physical therapist advised me to get one. And I'm so glad I did! So much better to work with than one of the large foam rollers and having a duoball is so much easier and more convenient for your back and shoulders than a single ball.

J'ai utilisé le duo-ball 8 cm pour des douleurs récurrentes dans le haut du dos (rhomboides) à cause de problèmes de posture. L'objet est très efficace. Je l'ai utilisé uniquement en position allongée mais attention il est très dur, donc suivant vôtre poids et votre corpulence il ne sera peut être pas adapté. Je continue à l'utiliser régulièrement avant et après une séance de sport par exemple.

Ho acquistato il prodotto perché nella palestra dove io vado non vi sono foamroll. Cercavo qualcosa di piccolo e che funzionasse. Io uso il Fumarolo da almeno quattro anni quindi di base devo lavorare molto in profondità della fibra muscolare.e io mi trovo benissimo perché riesco a fare tranquillamente quello che devo fare come massaggio mio fasciale e soprattutto l’ho trovato molto molto utile per quanto riguarda il fatto di poter massaggiare anche la zona del collo e quindi allentare tutta la zona cervicale. Mi piace perché è piccolo ed è facile da trasportare in valigia o nello zainetto.
