Like it well enough!
Got this after a few days with new puppy. So glad we did! She loves the chew toy and I truly think the heart beat helps. I guess the heat pack is a nice addition, but won't be buying a continuous supply. Something reusable would be better, especially since your puppy doesn't actually sleep with it for 24 hours straight. It'l like you lose 16 hours worth of product when your pup is out and about during the day.

Works Great!
This was a life saver (or sleep saver) when we brought our 7 week puppy home. He relaxed right away and only woke up once the first night! I would recommend it for anyone bringing a new puppy home.
