Great TV, watch out for shipping damage
TV is great, be cautious ordering such a fragile item to be shipped. Product came unusable with the power connection point inside the TV broken and pushed into the TV. After mounting and powering on the TV would power cycle itself every few seconds making it impossible to navigate any screens to get to settings or diagnostics. Spoke to Amazon support who forwarded me to Samsung to try to get a service rep out to repair the TV. The Samsung rep recommended returning the TV for a replacement seeing as it was new out of the box, the Amazon rep was quick to click back onto the call and inform me they would not offer a replacement but could accept a return and I could purchase the TV again. The Samsung rep then sent me a text informing me that she had been hung up on and if I needed further help from Samsung to reach out to her, she still highly recommended replacing the entire unit. After speaking to the UPS driver who picked up the return he was very clear that boxes that do not fit in shelves are put flat on the floor, my suspicion is the TV was delivered flat and was damaged in shipping from the jarring. Now waiting 2 weeks for Amazon to issue a refund and out the cost of 2 TVs until then.. Purchased a replacement at best buy where they beat amazons price, undamaged TV is great! Everyone who sees it sitting in art mode comment on how realistic the paintings look and how great the image is when viewing videos. The smart things app that accompanies the TV can be a little slow and confusing at times but fortunately it isn’t needed often. Highly recommend the Samsung frame, just caution having something so fragile come bouncing down the road to your home out of your control.

Wow..... love the art work mode......love the tv picture as well.
A thing of beauty. 65 inch. We love the extreme flat mount against the wall. Looks like a picture frame for sure. Very convincing as art work and is great as a tv. More pricey than a comparable sized 65 inch tv but the ability to display artwork on a non- glare screen is well worth the price of admission. The remote takes some getting used to but works just fine. The software is a little wonky, but I am going with the flow. I do wish the art work mode had a little more flexibility. I would buy it again......oh I guess I did that, since I bought another for a relative.

Terrible classic samsung quality
I've had two of these TVs for about 3 years now and they started having issues the instant the warranty ended. One of them needed a new remote, which samsung wants over a hundred dollars for! I bought a third party one cause it also solved the issue of the battery never lasting on the remotes. The interface is a gigantic pain, i fyou wanna manually switch inputs it takes way too many buttons and if you wanna let it switch automatically it'll randomly and constantly turn on your other devices (like game consoles). The picture is beautiful, which is the only good thing about these TVs, because if you need a longer wire they're several hundred dollars and if you input a game console on the wrong HDMI input it'll constantly screw up. Being slightly old, they also constantly turn off for several seconds, which is super nice when you're playing video games, and setting them to photo mode, they only stay on for a few seconds before turning off sometimes, which is extra annoying because to actually turn it off you have to hold the power button normally, except it rarely does it on the first try, it usually makes you do it at least 3 times before it'll turn off. Hate samsung and these TVs are no exception 4 Years now: it refuses to read HDMI input from the PS5 unless I restart the TV every time. Absolute garbage TVs

Stunning unit for artwork, presentations, digital signage, and streaming TV
This was our first Frame purchase - WOW! The display is beautiful, and the available artwork is stunning. We laugh as people who have walked by when the artwork changed have stopped in shock and said, "I thought that was a painting." The unit is exceeding thin, so mounts close to the wall. So, if you want access to the back, make sure you discuss it with your installer. Also, I believe there is a separate control unit. We had a box put in behind our TV to store the control unit. Some folks use their credenza with a cable "hider" up to the unit.

Remote control is almost worthless
I have two Samsung frame TVs. The remote controls do not have batteries, but theoretically they can be charged by light or being plugged in. However, I would give both remote controls a one on a scale of one to 10. I try and put them in the sunlight every day and all of a sudden they quit working. I have to plug them in and charge them. It’s just happened tonight for about the 20th time and I can’t even turn my television off even when remote is plugged into charge. They need to do better with a remote controls than the ones that come with the television help.

Great TV, beautiful display, Wifi antenna is spotty, tvOS\apps could be much better
don't get me wrong - SO GLAD i purchased this TV. I love the size and image quality. And the fact that everything is done thru one cable (connecting your TV to the connect box) is quite helpful, and helps to keep the "tv wall space" clean! LESSONS LEARNED: When i got this, it wouldn't "find" my home wifi signal. I ran the TV's updates, but i was told that I was up-to-date. But in speaking with Samsung Support, my TV was using a faulty version and i had to manually upgrade it (using a computer to download the latest version, throw it on a USB drive, and plug it into the Connect box). The frame was then able to see\use my home wifi BUT PLS NOTE - even with the update, the wifi is spotty at times, and It's not the signal (my MOCA adapter is FOUR FEET AWAY from the connect box!!) When using wifi, and the frame "loses" that connection, manually running the "connect wifi" steps fails to find ANY wifi hotspots.... (and yet, all of my other devices still have a strong signal to the WIFI network). Samsung has done little to address this, so i've avoided this by using a network cable (which never has an issue, and i'm using the same MOCA device in my wifi explanation) I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the TV and format is amazing, but there are serious drawbacks when it comes to it's internal OS (see below) PROS great, bright picture (taking the limited viewing angle into account, of course) Adding personal images to your frame via the app or usb, is awesome! (the app is NOT perfect or 100% reliable, but i'll take it) the solar charging option on the remote is quite the helpful added bonus. CONS: 1. the wifi antenna , obviously! 2. The bluetooth connection is good, unless you're using Apple Airpods. It connects, but forget trying to change the volume... just not worth it to bother. 3. I have a personal cloud that shares out files via DLNA. Unfortunately, there is no app in the current app library that can handle\interpret this, so i'm left using an external device which runs apps that do, but... it would be nicer if Samsung could design\allow an app that does this. 4. It's obvious & well known that your "comfortable" viewing angle is a bit smaller - anyone on the outer angle will need some time to adjust to the "difference". (but this is a "you knew this before you bought it" type of "issue"...) 5. Maybe it's just me, but showing the images i've personally uploaded to my frame has always been "tricky". I was hoping that it would work like a screensaver, but no. You can tell it to show all\certain pictures, set a "display time" before it (supposedly) rolls over to the next image, will display turn on when it's sensor is triggered, and off after a certain time... it's a confusing mess! Frustration with the sensor can be found on hundreds of webpages. And i don't think i've ever seen my frame scroll through all (ir not MOST) of my images (whether it stays on, or powers off due to "inactivity").... The "hardware" is great, and i want to believe that most of my CONS are due to an incomplete OS that the TV's running. The fact that it has no app to support DLNA was a serious bummer, as i use my cloud data all the time... Great TV but nowhere near perfect!

Beautiful tv, great for hiding wires
We have loved the way this TV lets us hide wires on our brick fireplace - there is no power or access so for the longest time, we had extension chords that could not be well hidden. We haven’t added a frame and may do so in the future, but just the tv is so nice, low profile, beautiful picture, and discrete chord. Side note: soundbars are tricky. We want to have it below the tv, but because it requires its own power and hdmi connection, haven’t found a way to do that without adding back cables.

Not worth the cost long term.
UPDATE: wouldn’t recommend. After less than four years, the screen is going out and Samsung support has done nothing to help. We’ll be replacing it with a non frame tv because I can’t be bothered to deal with it anymore. The aesthetic of this TV is undeniably its saving grace. As a TV alone, it's not worth the money. The UX is awful, and it's also a pain to use Apple TV or Roku as it's just more clicks to get them started. The remote barely works even when fully charged. Every time there's an issue Samsung just tells me to factory reset it, which is a huge pain. The two main issues that I've encountered are not being able to upload pictures (the reset did fix that) and the audio/video not syncing (no soundbar, still troubleshooting and praying for a system update fix). It does look beautiful, however, the art mode has started to have a pink hue that I can't seem to remove, see the photo attached. The white balance only allows for warm/cool changes. The picture quality is great and I love the matte finish since our home is fairly bright. We can still see it perfectly without shutting the curtains. Overall, I'm not sure I'd recommend it. I've heard that it's come a long way from the first generation, but it still has a long way to go.

Faulty box
The frame tv is great. However it’s prone to electrical faults. The tv I purchased did not work and I had to return it.
