High quality supplement at a good price. Give to my aging mastiffs for hips and seems to help mobility especially when paired with eggshell membrane supplement. Only down side is that they are very large.

I'm a senior citizen and a retired US Marine. Most of my life (almost 55 years now) I've been into exercise and weight training of all types, and I don't plan on stopping now. Several years ago, I had torn my rotator cuffs in my shoulders - never realizing what the pain was the result of, and just assuming it was arthritis (I'm 76). So I kept on working out at the gym - on top of the pain. As time went on, the rotator cuff tore completely and began withering away, to the point where I have no remaining rotator cuffs. The pain continued, and I just thought that was going to be my lot in life. Being a former Marine, having served 26 years in the Marine Corps, I was accustomed to pain, and I developed a mindset to overcome any types of pain. In the Corps, the mindset of "no pain, no gain," was ingrained into the rank and file early on. Then a year ago, I decided to go see a Orthopedic surgeon who had MRI's done on my shoulders - only to discover, that my rotator cuffs had completely atrophied away, due to the result of the complete tear. Well, feeling like a fool, having endured that pain for years it seems, I could have prevented all of this by seeking medical help at the first sign of the pain. Oh well, chaulk it up to experience. The only option that the Orthopedist recommended as an alternative, was to have a complete reverse shoulder operation - which is a relatively new procedure - and the results only last for 5-6 years or so. I decided to forego that procedure and the future headaches that may ensue, and then began looking for natural methods. So how to deal with the pain? Then one day, a physical therapy instructor who happens to work out at the Gold's gym I frequent, told me to begin taking MSM, and to stay on it. So I did, choosing this Nutricost brand (I got the capsules instead of the tablets), and I've tried several other brands also, all with the same positive effect. MSM has been on the market for a long, long time, and is relatively inexpensive. I just started taking them - two 1000 MG caps per day, one in the AM and one in the PM. After about a month, I realized that most of the pain I had experienced had gone. At first I thought it was just getting better with time, but then I realized that the one variable involved was the intake of MSM. I've been on MSM now for over a year, taking two 1000 MG capsules every day without fail. The end result being, I've not had any pain now for over a year, and am able to continue my daily workouts without fail. The human body is amazing in that other muscles in the shoulder have taken over for the rotator cuffs, keeping my shoulders in place, and I've been able to do many of the same exercises with the same weights as I did prior to the rotator cuff injuries. So yes, I'm a big believer in taking MSM. I know a few other folks who have been on MSM for knee issues, and their pains either subsided substantially, or they went away completely. Now granted, "your mileage may vary," as we all have different bodies. All I can do is to give it my highest recommendation due to what it did for my overall physical well being.

MSM is a must have for everyone. after taking this supplement consistently for a little over a month, i have noticed many changes. the first change is that my skin has been much clearer than before and i have less pimples. My hair has also felt stronger and a little thicker. The main difference I feel is in my joints and knees, i have been able to move around easier and i feel less stiffness/soreness in the mornings. Great supplement especially athletes.

Ive taken these for years. I would have given 5 stars, but I made the mistake ordering the tablets and not capsules --a little hard to sollow. Ive even given these to my golden retriever for hip pain, but check with your Vet first. I recommend these. An added bonus, I'm on a GLP-1 and it's helped my hair growth.

A doctor suggested MSM years ago, and I had been taking it when I found one mixed with Glucosamine. I used that for a couple years until I just recently read that Glucosamine is being implicated in Alzheimer’s. Well, I dumped those, and switched to this because I have faith in Nutricost products.

I ordered 'MSM MethylSulphonylMethane' from Nutricost because Nutricost was the only brand shipping to Hawaii; but also because Nutricost is a top-notch, reputable brand. I have ordered other Nutricost products over the years always with satisfying results. The most important reason to order and consume MSM regularly and often ~but not every day~ is because Mother Nature has once again given us yet another of her jewels of nutrients to keep us ~and our pets~ very healthy. It takes a good dose of ignorance to disregard regularly and often consuming MSM. Well... that's not me. I am sold to Mother Nature's MSM, and also to Nutricost for disregarding where I live.
