50S

Oh this thing is awesome. It is expensive, especially this model with the camera. I bought a new BMW that has the car like computer console, and wasn't sure if I had to buy the BMW version that is definitely a model series behind this. But it was fully compatible, include the magic twist control on the bike grips. It ties to my Google phone just fine, and I subscribe to Amazon Prime Music, so I listen to that on the road. That's really nice, the sound could be a little louder for me, but that's probably a safety thing. It's a high end sound quality. One amazing magic, is it does sound cancelling, meaning when I talk to people on the phone, they don't hear the bike at all or the wind, they don't even know I'm riding. Bonus points to their engineering for that voodoo. The camera is my luxury. The photos are pretty high resolution. I don't do video, the internet is full of people complaining of short battery life if you do that. So, I don't. :) I do put the camera in burst mode, so I touch the button, and it takes a series, then I just slowly move my head, because you can't carefully aim of course. This works well, and people can't tell you are taking pictures. I photograph cars, like license plates, all the time. I use it like a manual dash cam. It's simple reach up and touch the button when you are riding. Mainly though, I can use my phone by using the controls on the bike, the same with the music. I have no idea how to use it with the buttons. My son has this same one but without the camera, and he has a Harley, so no fancy computer screen. He figured it out, and said it's not too bad to do. We can talk when we ride. Oh yeah, forgot that. It has really good range, better then BlueTooth ones. The mesh thing that does that is a different frequency or something. And, it has a radio. When I don't like burning Amazon Music on cell phone time, or just out of range, I can cruise playing the radio.

A riding buddy suggested that I get a Sena since he uses one. Once initially paired, when we meetup I press the large round button once and we're talking in seconds. Super easy! I have a loud exhaust so I wear earplugs for that and wind noise reduction and I can hear my friend loud and clear and he has no trouble hearing me. Our longest ride so far was 7 hours and the Sena was still working. I listen to music when I ride alone and use them for navigation directions. The earplugs do make the music a bit quieter than I would like sometimes, but navigation is loud enough and easy to understand. If turned to 100% volume, music gets a bit distorted. One level below maximum sounds fine though. It's better than I expected them to be with earplugs. If you don't need earplugs, these would get very loud. I like that this model automatically updates when plugged into the charger if paired with wifi.

The listening ability on these is awesome. Bluetooth connectivity is good. Clarity is excellent control buttons are a little hard to figure out. They fit great value for money could be better pretty expensive. It’d be nice if everybody had them for safety.

This works well ,only on mesh mode, it will work alongside your phone Bluetooth, in coming calls, but the reason I did not give it a 5 is at certain part or area. I't gets disconnect.and loose the link .I not sure about in the rain, have not try it yet. So I disconnect the Bluetooth mode on my phone and it work wonders , you have a choice

I’m only giving 5 stars because the seller isn’t the manufacturer here. But it would be 4 star product for me. Super difficult to install in the ls2 stream 2 helmet. My buddy has a scorpion helmet and he say he had to man handle it in too. It’s chill tho. I haven’t had it on while riding yet so can’t attest to the quality of sound, but you can’t expect perfection out of a speaker the size of an AirTag. Price was great from this seller too.

Sadly, I bought this together with a Sena Freewire to bring my 1800 Goldwing into the bluetooth world. What a mistake. I spend 2 days trying to get the thing work. It would work for a few moments and then stop, then pick up my phone's bluetooth and disconnect from the Goldwing system. The it would do nothing. Apparently, it simply isn't ready to pair jointly with both the Goldwing 5 pin connector and a phone. I suspect that its the 50S that was the problem, not the Freewire. But sadly they both have to work together. It's simply not ready for prime time. Then again, I despise companies that include a 1 or 2 page "Quick Connect" with the package and have you go to the internet for the manual (saves $2 I gather). And then the manual was confusing, contradictory, suggests it can do things that it cannot and was basically worthless. I wasted 2 days on this thing, viewed scores of online articles and YouTube videos only to discover that the technology is simply not capable of doing what it claims. Sadly, a number of other potential customers were there to help me try to troubleshoot this... they are no longer potential customers.

One of the sena microphones which is long one is not working, can you change it please

These headsets appear to work ok as an intercom only. But until I spend roughly another $1000, on a wireless headset interface module from Harley Davidson, these units will not pair with my 2023 Harley Ultra Limited. SENA would know this and this should be CLEARLY advised BEFORE purchase. Hence the 2 stars because until then, no music or navigation directions are available from my motorcycle. 👎

La calidad de sonido y la recepción de llamadas es increíble, buena conectividad con la moto aunque el emparejado a veces no es nada intuitivo. Como principal desventaja le pongo que son bastante voluminosos comparados con la competencia.
