VITA LIBERATA Body Blur

I absolutely love the VITA LIBERATA Body Blur! It instantly makes my skin look smoother, more even, and gives it such a beautiful, natural-looking glow. It’s perfect for legs and anywhere you want a little extra coverage without looking heavy or cakey. I also love that it’s a wash-off formula, so you get the bronzed, perfected look right away without the commitment of a traditional self-tanner. It blends easily and gives my skin that airbrushed finish. Definitely a 5-star product!

I am a rather pale skin blonde and the light is perfect! The application is flawless (I used a soft body brush). The gentle sparkle is lovely. One application is not dark, but enough color so that I can hastily apply it and go outside without looking pasty white! I don’t know about the other colors, but the light did not rub off on my clothes!). Just love it!

This product is horrible. It takes forever to “dry” and never actually dries so it rubs off on everything you’re wearing and everything you touch. Also does not blend in well at all and when you apply the small dots to be blended out as instructed, you can see the dotted areas where the product was applied. I tried this for several days, and trying several different application methods and each time seemed worse than the last. The last straw for me was when I applied this product and was wearing a light colored shirt, only to discover that the product had rubbed off on my shirt and not only made a mess on my clothes, but also left me looking patchy and blotchy. Also, the product doesn’t blur anything. It just gives you a light glow like a self tanner would (but worse). All around this is a no for me, and I’m thankful the product can be returned because it’s absolutely not worth the $40. If you’re looking for a dupe for the expensive body blur brand, just save and buy the OG product. Cause this isn’t it.

This body make up is good for the price. I used a badly brush to apply it and it goes on fairly well. If you’re looking for complete coverage then this isn’t for you. It gives a nice even tan look and isn’t heavy but you will still have visible skin flaws which isn’t bad because it would look very fake. I did moisturize prior to the application which could be the reason for the more sheer look since the moisturizer was still wet upon application. As for transferring to clothing I didn’t see that issue. Right after application I could rub a tissue on it and a little did come off but after waiting for it to dry my tissue didn’t have hardly anything. It did not rub off on my clothes. I have drier skin and not oily so maybe that’s the factor here. Overall it’s a decent product for the price and I will use it again since it did give me a some color.

My goal was concealing some superficial veins behind my calves before an event. This makeup didn't cover them and unfortunately it transfers to fabrics. A light touch won't stain as it's dry (even dry ketchup would not stain when dry!) but rubbing (even lightly) or pressing will stain your clothes. Since I plan to use a midi dress, I know at least I won't stain the chairs if I don't press my calves to the edge of the chair. The whole point of this product though is feeling confident but I am afraid that because of all the attention it requires to avoid staining it will bring my mind to those imperfections way more than just embracing them. It gives a nice suntanned look, this is the only positive quality I can find.

I really wanted to love this body makeup because the color is beautiful and the texture is smooth, lightweight, and easy to blend. It gives my skin a nice, even finish, effectively minimizing imperfections, and looks very natural. I didn’t notice any odor after the first minute or two. It's also slightly water-resistant, so it holds up reasonably well against light moisture. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is that it transfers onto clothing no matter how long I let it dry. Even after giving it plenty of time to set, it still rubs off on sleeves, collars, and anything that comes into contact with my skin. If transfer isn't a concern, it's a lovely product, but I was disappointed that it didn't stay put throughout the day.

Really easy to use and a great colour - very natural. It comes off with water, but has great longevity. It’s streak-free, dries fast and is very effective. Great value for money - recommend!
