MakerSpotProtector for 4-Port Stackable USB Hub HAT Compatible with Raspberry Pi Zero W

Cheap, works well with a HAT
I purchased this specifically because I needed some kind of protector/enclosure for use with my Pi Zero W and a HAT. No other cases I could find fit this decidedly non-standard HAT (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T31S7TB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but that's ok; this one was exactly what I wanted. I also appreciate that this case is open-air to promote cooling. The standoff screws were just barely too short to fit above the RJ-45 port on the HAT but there was enough room on them to unscrew the nuts slightly and make the whole thing fit securely.

Missing Parts
This review is specifically for the "MakerSpot Raspberry Pi Zero Protector for 4-Port Stackable USB Hub HAT - Red."The description states:"This product comes with the followings:2 acrylic piecesa set of screws, bolts and nuts.0.1" 2x20-Pin Male Header (1pack)0.1" 2x20-pin Strip Right-Angle Male Header (1pack)All are gold-plated and ROHS qualified.1 x heat sinkRaspberry Pi Zero computer and 4-Port USB Hub HAT is **not** included."I purchased this listing specifically for "0.1" 2x20-Pin Male Header (1pack)" because it was the cheapest prime option to get that part. I only needed one and the acrylic housing was just a bonus.Well, it arrived with only:2 acrylic piecesa set of screws, bolts and nuts.1 x heat sinkThat's what most people would want, and the quality of the product at first glance seemed good, but that's not why I purchased this listing.I don't often review, and I usually don't give emotion driven one star reviews, but I'm really irritated. I wanted to use this product immediately, and it failed me.

Don’t buy if you have a Ethernet hat.
Product might be good if you don’t use the pinsOnce I said weed the pins for my Ethernet hat this product was useless.I had to use the saucer rod to carve a hole in the flat side to install the bottom portion of the cover. Also the screws are extremely tight to screw-in , you want something that’s easy to screw but you physically cannot screw it in with the Pi else you might break things. It took me forever to make this work since I needdd a cover for the PI zero

mostly good, but...
The acrylic top and bottom plates are of good quality, with a useful pinout diagram. My complaint is in regard to the cheap plastic/nylon screws/nuts/spacers. They do not thread very well, and are not easy to work with without damaging. It would have also been nice to include a diagram for assembly, as there were two size spacers and a number of nuts. I resorted to trial and error, which compounds the durability issues with the plastic/nylon screws. I used a combination of the included hardware with some metal spacers and screws I had. Not ideal, but got it mostly worked out. Used it with the USB/Ethernet HAT.The seller should really consider including metal hardware and at least a simple diagram showing suggested installation options.

This replaced my old case nicely
I had a cheap, $2 case from somewhere the eventually broke (the heat from the pi made the plastic brittle). So far, this case seems a lot nicer. Love the blue color.

Not much to it
two pieces of plastic with holes drilled. They really don't give many options to add a hat to it. I'll just get a box for it when I find what I want for a couple of dollars more

The plastic screws break
The end result is decent, but the assembly process was not fun. These now ship with plastic screws that don’t fit very well into the other pieces. My end result was a broken screw (pictured) that required my to disassemble everything and start over again after finding other screws. I’ve purchased these before and they used to ship with metal screws which were much better.

Nice little case compatible with the MakerSpot USB hub & Pi Zero-W!
Makes a really nice little package with the Pi Zero plus the MakerSpot 4-Port Stackable USB Hub HAT. I'm using it with the latest Raspberry Pi Zero-W; no complaints!

Screws are cheap plastic and strip easily
The product is exactly as pictured (which is fine, looks nice) except that the screws are made of cheap plastic and they are extremely difficult to insert or remove without stripping the head. If you buy this, ensure you have some 12mm 2.5 screws handy.
