As stated that your delivery will not be done above 2nd floor, however, my flat is on 3rd floor without elevator, what would you do to this ?

I didn't have a lift either, so we were 2nd Floor, ground stairs to level 1, and then level 1 stairs to level 2, so all in all there were 6 flights of stairs
