This is my reaction to some reviews here: please be aware that the dose for this supplement is not established. Nobody knows what is good enough. But generally, the science shows that larger doses may be detrimental to health due to oxidative stress. This is a typical observation for most antioxidants. So please do not take gigantic doses of any supplement. Aim to get less than 100% of what is recommended. Any excess of any supplement is going to be toxic long-term. A larger dose is not better! I am a scientist by training and please use this as indicated on the label.
