Quick way to get those photos off your phone without a computer
I was having issues with transferring my photos to my external hard drive on my computer, and of course hit the dreaded not enough space problem. I found that I could put the photos on my hard drive the back way with SD cards instead of just importing. This easily pops up, once you download the free app, and you can transfer right from your phone. I wish it told you what photos were transferred without having to jump back and forth between screens. It also doesn't tell you how much space is available to transfer so you just have to keep adding and guessing till it wont take anymore.

Wasted Money -worked once then useless
I was looking forward to this item, unfortunately, I have not had any luck with it.it worked once the other day and I thought I was all sorted out. it has not responded since on iPhone or iPad. I have a similar device and it works fine transferring photos etc. For some reason with both iPad and iPhone, I use the proprietary IUSB app and all I get is a message saying the device is not connected. Reinstalled the app twice, removed iPad and iPhone protective cases, still no luck. performed resets on my iPad and iPhone and still no results.Threw out packaging or i would return it . Useless .Yet the other similar device i have still works fine .Very dissapointed with this product .

This item does not work with my iphone 7 and I didnt realise it until I just recently tried using it. Past return date, so I am stuck with it I guess.

Poor Video Playback
I wanted to like this reader, but I just can't recommend it. I tried using various micro SC cards, to play back 1080p videos but they are choppy. The video stops playing every four seconds, and then it starts back up. Same problem with 4K videos with both flash memory cards and micro memory cards. This card might be OK view photos, but not videos.
