I love these for school work. I'm an online university student, and I like to print lecture slides, lessons, and worksheets so I don't have to stare at a screen as much. Other than these refillable notebooks I've tried many things, including creating my own spiral notebooks with a coil binding machine. I have about 12 of these now and never use the binding machine anymore. Here's why I love these: > I don't like the bulk that typically comes from binders, especially standard/A4/letter size. I also prefer to save space and paper by writing front and back, which typical binders don't allow you to do unless you have it fully expanded—increasing the bulk factor. These negate that issue and add virtually no additional bulk beyond the paper added. Even if you aren't an online student, these are far better than lugging around a bunch of giant 3 ring binders everywhere around campus. > Compared to the coil binding machine, these are far easier to use for the following reasons: > The Kokuyo prepunched 26-hole B5 paper that can be purchased separately saves me from having to punch stacks upon stacks of paper like I have to do with the binding machine, and I don't need to worry about misaligning the holes or anything. > Using these, I don't have to fuss with pliers and wire cutters for trimming and bending wire coils. > The plastic covers on these are far more effective (and attractive!) than the card stock I would use with the binding machine. > The durability and refillable nature of these allows me to use their convenience again and again, making them WELL worth the price. When a semester is over I can take the pages out, store them for later reference, and reuse the binders for the next courses. I can also continue to easily add/remove pages throughout the course. With the machine, once it's bound it's done. **I do recommend the 60 sheet capacity options for these binders as opposed to the lower (I think it's 25 sheet?) capacity options, as the lower capacity rings have a tendency to open on their own.

Omg I love this notebook. It is the best and is definitely good for taking notes. I love that o am able to move around my papers. The cover is nice, have not gotten any tears. The paper is super thick and good for taking notes. Holds more paper then recommended.

I love my kokuyo. I use it to keep my work information separate. I carry a lot of documents around and my bag is always heavy. This binder keeps all my information in one place and is very very thin. like that I can add pages if I need to but is thin and not heavy. Love this brand. Highly recommended.

This B5 binder is very lightweight and slim, and it opens completely flat with a 360° fold, making it comfortable for taking notes or small projects. It comes with only 10 sheets, so you’ll need to purchase B5 refill paper with 26 holes if you plan to use it more. I also really like the variety of colors available and the cover material, which feels sturdy and made of good-quality plastic. Just be careful not to overload it, going over about 60 pages may cause the rings to open. The rings are a bit delicate, so they need to be handled gently. The opening mechanism isn’t very intuitive or user-friendly at first, but it works well once you understand it. I definitely recommend reading the instructions. I’ve also included an English translation of the instructions in case it helps others.

A nice notebook, but opening and closing the rings is a challenge. The instructions are in Japanese, and the illustrations designed to instruct the user are not very helpful. Decent for the price. Hopefully I will enjoy it more as I use it.

色が気に入ったので買った。バインダの開閉は少しコツが要るように感じる。背中の出っ張りが少し大きい。それ以外は、つかいやすい普通のルーズリーフ。ピンクも買い足した。
