Excellent product. Really helping me with muting my anger. Anger is certainly an appropriate emotion, but I reacted sometimes over the top. Slowing me down so that I can listen to people. Very much improved my sleep. Please read other reviews. It is important that you not take products that increase your serotonin. You may experience serotonin overload. Also, don't take it if you have thyroid issues. I like the fact that there are no other added chemicals. It has B-12 in it. I take 5 mg, and it's working really well for me. I don't anticipate upping the dosage unless the symptoms return. I have told both my psychiatrist and my physician that I am taking this product. That way, they monitor my lithium levels and keep an eye on my thyroid and kidneys. The bottle itself says, check with your doctor. It's very wise to do so. Lithium Orotate is water soluble, but not as water soluble as Lithium Carbonate. It has a half life of 24 hours, or if you're older 36 hours. My lithium level at my last check up was .1 which is very low. I really like this product. Almost 2 years later, and I love this product even more! My life has improved vastly due to tempering my mood swings and muting my over-the-top anger with bipolar II. The orotate version of lithium does not have the build-up of lithium in your system like carbonate. I also love this particular product. I also have not had to increase the dosage.

Of all my supplements this is my favorite. It stabilizes my mood. I take one every night with my ashwagandha. It helps me not overreact in stressful situations. I think it helps me sleep as well.

My normal supplier was out of this item, so I was happy to see it was here for sale. My doctor recommended this and I'm happy with the results.

This is s calming product. It takes the edge off. My doctor told me she uses it too.

I bought the supplement that is supposed to be NSF and third-party review reviewed for safety. Recent labs showed my vitamin B12 levels well over 2000 when the upper limit is 900-1200. This supplement includes 250mcg, an unnecessary amount over 1000% of the recommended daily value of vitamin B12. It is causing me incredibly bad side effects. I am going to have to waste the rest of this bottle, throwing it away when I have only been taking it for less than a month.
