Customer support is extremely good
The product is good. The carafe broken within the warranty period. And I received the replacement with the help of the customer support. I am extremely satisfied with the way the customer service executive helped me in this entire replacement process.

Best for the price coffee machine!
I really liked the coffee machine, it makes coffee so quickly and conveniently. Also the demonstration of how to use the machine, given to me by anindita from AGARO, was really helpful. The maintenance tips provided by her were useful too!

Pathetic product and hopeless service
Definitely a product I would not recommend. In just 40-50 days of purchase, the drip stopped working. The service engineer sent had no clue of how to repair and said it will have to be replaced. The replacement they sent was a 2023 model, while I had purchased 2026 model. All this replacement and service took 3+ weeks and still no resolution. When called the service center, they say the replacement is ok. How is a 2023 old product and ok replacement for a new 2026 model?

Very nice coffee maker
