No instruction
I got the brace without user menu/instruction. It's useless to me now.

Keep the screwdriver, add picture/instructions
I received this today & was able to put it on, AFTER a couple looks at online photos. It feels as if it will help me, I'll have to update later. It's as advertised, appears good quality BUT as everyone has said - why no instructions or at least a picture with it?! Keep the screwdriver, I can find one of those around the house, instead add picture & instructions

Orthopedic approved
Now it may not be an official approval, but I presented this brace to my son's orthopedic surgeon and he liked the design and believes it will help him in avoiding further warping due to scoliosis. There are some issues with the pads moving around, and the glue on the back of the Velcro giving out, but that was easily fixed with some superglue. Assembly was somewhat difficult, but just follow the videos and within 10 -20 minutes you'll be done. Tools and replacement screws are in the kit.
