I was shocked!! The quality, the value, the look. I bought them for Christmas but I have to admit, I use them all year ijn the yard. People have actually stopped and asked my where I got them. I use them as decoration lighting on my deck. Just make sure the solar plate gets as much full sun as possible.

I'm very glad I purchased these. I I read some bad reviews and that made me a little reluctant but I bought it anyway and I'm really glad I did. These lights have no problems there. Very easy to set up. The solar panel is sufficient and easy to place. It has many different settings and the warm glow from these lights create a great atmosphere. We don't even have to turn it on and off by itself. We leave it on The lights come on as soon as it gets off and turns off as soon as the light comes back. I haven't tested how long these lights stay on for. I know they were on for a minimum of 5 hours after it got dark. One of these days I'll be awake. Lazy enough to find out if it stays lit until the the sun comes back. Either way, I got a great value from these lights and my wife loves them.

These are beautiful & amazing! I put them on my garden arbor & I'm into my 2nd year using the first set I bought and they're still going strong every night, even through the whole winter! The color of these warm-white solar lights give of a warm glow, and I have found the deer don't like the moving light - setting, which I'm using. You can put the lights to non-flashing or solid color too. These lights have a bunch of different options for flashing, tracking, twinkling etc - but honestly - I don't know what they are... it seems really random. But with my set of lights set to 'moving', they look like they're sparkling on my garden arbor at night & the deer don't like them & won't come into my garden at night to eat my veggies & plants. Pretty AND useful! Win=Win!!!

Great set of lights without having to plug into an outlet

They are a good quality product. I attached them to a rod-iron fence in our back yard. They get full sun. They stay lit just about all night. They are not super bright, but are a nice accent light. The bulb is only about an inch in diameter and is made of glass. I recommend.

Our last ones still going strong. This is my 3rd purchase. Will continue to buy.

If I could rate this product with 0 I definitely would. Ordered 2 pack around $30. Was ordered for special made wood swing set for autistic vision impaired child. One string went up fine. Second string broke 7 times before I could ever stretch it out! seemed to break loose from the base of the bulb always on the same side. When I carefully looked to see what in the world was going on it had a lot of exposed wire at the base and presto when you lifted the string to hold it up yep it would break apart. It took over an hour to put up this string of lights because with each break I had to cut off a bulb and reattach wiring so after 7 breaks I had almost 17 feet of the original string left. Has anyone else had the same problem. I could see a problem If I was stretching it tight I could see this happening. That was not the case. I was trying to keep calm and not get aggravated but today I tried calling customer service, put on hold, told to leave a voicemail and someone would call back, the problem with that is you can only say a few words and it hangs up on you. Well well. I would have ordered another set if the experience had been positive. Their loss. I tried to fix this string of lights because I rarely ever send anything back. Just got a call back from Brightown customer service an Indian lady who kept saying she couldn't hear me and telling me how to talk on my own phone. No one else had a problem and I just got off a business call. She could hear me when I told her this was a scam Ha she could hear that. Well well I learned alot today. Call said it was coming from Conn but clearly it was not. God bless America and bless us too.

I am a repeat customer for these strings of lights. The first couple sets surpassed my expectations with bright lights and long run times. However, the most recent set (August 2026), left me quite disappointed. These are quite dim by comparison to the original sets, and are pretty but don’t really do the trick. If I had more free time, I’d take them down and send them back, I would.

Stopped working after a week .

It's been over a year and they are still working. They've been in some really bad weather and have survived.

Pretty lights and very bright. However, they are a hit and miss for when they come on. This is not to do with their quality, more because its winter and we get very little sunlight to charge the panel. Aside from this, I'd say for what they are, the pricing is right and happy to have purchased them. It mentions remote control - I have done 1 star as there was no remote control? Simply 2 buttons on the control panel.
