How do I know which arch height I should purchase?

If u have a arch that is lower to ground then do low arch. I have a high arch so I purchased the high. Helps with plantar fasciitis I have.

They are the best and I trimmed them a bit. I was even thinking of purchasing another pair

I wear a shoe size 8.5 so should i order insoles size 7-8 or 9-10? when i buy boots, i buy size 9 for a little extra room.

I would recommend going a size down. I wear an 11 and bought 9-10 insoles. Perfect fit.

They are thin however, do have a composite area in the arch, that you will never feel as it is covered with the foam. You feel the arch support without feeling the structure of the support.
