Let me count the ways I love this product!!! Full disclosure; I'm a burner. About one out of three times I cook oatmeal I wander off, only to return to smoking blackened cereal. Normally that leads to soaking and scrubbing, but with the Scan Pan, I simply tipped the charcoal disk into my compost. The pan was clean. A miracle. I researched non-toxic, non-stick pans on all the healthy-food sites I could find, and they all came back with Scan Pan as the best. I love the look, the feel (not too heavy, great handles) the vented lids, the quick and efficient heating (I'm sure I'm using less gas-- not kidding), and the fact I can use metal utensils. But it's the cleanup that sends me. You have to see this to believe it. I've told our daughter that I know what she's getting for a wedding present, and she's not even engaged.

These are fine light weight pots and pans. Almost nothing sticks to them and in many cases a simple rinse off nearly gets it all off. The stainless steel lids are very well designed and have small vents on the side so your wrist does not get scalded on the wrist. The cook very evenly and when I burned a cheese sauce it cleaned easily. Almost half the reviews I saw here and elsewhere was "Got a scratch on my pan and asked if I could get it repaired and got a brand new one instead. Because they are light my wife loves them because I use a lot of cast iron.

Brother had given me a couple pan and I liked them so much that when I saw these on Amazon I just had to order. Had a great price. Just be sure to use oil or butter MOT cooking spray as the spray will damage the surface

Love the look and quality of these pans but I was disappointed with the practicality of the rounded/polished handles. When lifting a heavy filled pot using a potholder or one of the handle covers received with order, it is impossible to get a good grip - the pot slips. Need to use a silicone handle cover or potholder or very unsafe when trying to move hot pots. At this price I didn't expect to have such a problem.

Great pans,easy to clean, a little pricey for what you get but if they last then its worth it to me

I had these pans delivered the day before Thanksgiving to be used with my new Bosch induction cooktop. Imagine how freaked out I was when I realized I actually had no pans to cook with for Thanksgiving? I have no idea why it states that they work with induction because they simply do not. The unit would not turn out. I went out and bought a couple of enamel-coated cast-iron pans and it worked like a charm. These pans also seemed extremely lightweight and cheap looking for what they cost - I just don't get it. If you need induction cookware, definitely do not order these. The packaging is pretty involved and I had already unwrapped everthing and washed each individual piece before I realized they wouldn't work and it was a total hassle to re-package them for return.

Great product, my clients have these for over 20 years and it still wptks great thats why I went with Scanpan and do not regrrt it. I burned milk in it and it came off super easy. Only wasnt that happy that 2 of the pots were scratched so check the package before you give it as a gift!!!
