Our Vinyl siding is around 25 years old and I was looking for something that might restore it. Frankly I was a little skeptical Vinyl Renu would make a difference. I am happy to say I was wrong. I usually don't write reviews but thought this might help someone. o like any job, the prep-work is the hardest and most important part. The cleaning solution provided is excellent - I applied with a pump sprayer after diluting with water. I used a scrub brush and then hosed off the siding. Everything looks better once cleaned but the Renu product brings back the luster as well as the color. As the picture above attests - on the left is after cleaning - on the right is cleaning and applying the Renu. You can see the difference. I used an inexpensive electric sprayer - application of Renu was fairly easy - did two coats. Have actually purchased a second gallon of Renu because the 1st gallon was not enough to do more than the front of our house. I have to also do the side that faces the street -because you can easily tell the difference from a distance as well as up close. Really good product. Hope this helps, -Dave

Followed directions with the cleaner and the restorer . I put the cleaner on with a bucket and long handled soft brush with a 5 to 1 ratio of water to product, let set one minutes then rinsed with a water hose. Dried over night. Next morning used restored with a good 4 and 5 inch brush. Everything was easy and went on smoothly. Immediately saw the difference and now after 5 days it looks just like the siding that did not have sun damage. I only did one coat. The brushes cleaned up easily and are very pliable. I thought the product went a long way and I still of plenty of the restorer left after doing one side of our house.

This product really did a nice job, and exceeded my expectations. this cleaner took all the oxidation off and the vinyl was very clean as well. This is hardest part as i scrubbed it all with 5" brush. The amount of cleaner needs to be increased as it doesn't go as far as the restorer product. I used it mixed 5 to one as my oxidation wasn't that bad. the restorer goes a long way. I used a 3" brush. This all takes awhile. My 66ft by 14ft. trailer took about 3 days of work. However it looks brand new. It has a nice satin sheen and dirt leaves etc. don't stick to it and water beads on it, and runs off quickly. For 250.00 bucks I did whole trailer and even the neighbors say it looks great. If you put in the effort and follow the directions It is way cheaper than replacing the vinyl. If i had it professionally power washed it would cost that much.

Product not delivering the results I was expecting. Looks good till it dries and then not so good. Not sure why. Applied per instructions. A lot doesn’t go a long way. Will be contacting the seller shortly and see about a refund. July 20th update: I contacted the Renu folks and they were very receptive to my issue. They asked some pointed questions and I sent them some pics of my product issue. They came back with a solution about 4 hours later. I tried their solution and got the results I was looking for. Siding looks 95% or so better than it was. I can live with the results. My particular circumstance is kind of labor intense due to the siding being stained by an oil based insecticide applied by the previous homeowner and then baked on by the sun. Their supplied siding cleaner does a good job on mold, dirt, and algae but didn’t touch the staining. So bottom line, am mostly please with the product. 4 stars, not 5 cause a lot doesn’t go very far. But, thank you Renu folks for your kind attention and assistance with my issue. I do believe you have saved me from residing the house.

Cleaner worked great and the front of my house looked good after applying the Vinyl Renu. However after one winter, the sealer turned yellow. I tried everything to remove it but am having to have new siding installed. Could be the age of the old siding but it turned yellow on me after following the instructions to the letter.

I wish I had thought to take before and after pictures because the difference is striking. We have dark blue siding that has faded over the past 20 years and thought we would give this product a try rather than pay $20K+ to reside our house. I kid you not, our siding looks brand new. We followed the directions to the letter and we couldn't be happier. Even our neighbors have commented on how nice the house looks.

This stuff is amazing. My siding was dull and had a chalky white film on it. Decided to try this and after I did a small section and waited to see how it looked, I was amazed. I had only planned to do the front of the house but after seeing how it worked I decided to do the entire house. It’s been on for about 10 months and it still looks amazing.

Came on time. I haven't used it in the siding yet but have used it on garden furniture and air conditioner housing and they look like new. Living in the tropics mould is an issue so a lot of harsh cleaning and strong sun so this is going to preserve things like new. I will order more.

Great product.hardie boards were 12 plus years old..starting to fade and chalk.. just washed with water and vinager..applied the renu with a brush..great coverage and now it looks new..been a month so far and looking great

The product did not work as described, after cleaning and coating the siding, the product looked great when wet, but after it dries it goes back to the faded color, followed instructions for cleaning and coating after 2 coats made no noticable difference. Huge waste of time and money. Not impressed

Live in an area of Canada that gets very warm and sometimes very cold in the winter. The vinyl had definitely Oxidized and was showing its’ age. Used as directed with the cleaner and 2 coats of vinyl renu. Greatly improved the look of the vinyl. Not 5 star looking brand new, but REALLY good. From a distance it looks fantastic. Would yse this product again.
