Great Breakfast!
This cereal is 100% whole grain oats. I love having oats for breakfast but this is a nice change from cooked oatmeal. If you like cold cereal but don't want all the sugar and junk other cereals include, you'll love this. I put in fresh fruit, sometimes pumpkin seeds, sometimes a little honey or yoghurt, and it's delicious. I order 10 boxes at a time to save on shipping. The seller is terrific.

Love puffed oats but cannot find it anywhere in the stores in US. A little pricey but was worth it to try 1 box.
