I love this yarn Pros - Very soft and the glitter isn't scratchy - The glitter threads aren't constantly trying to break off, which is a huge plus - Good stitch definition for stitches, even though the yarn is quite thick. - Doesn't split and easy to frog - Really beautiful without being Barbie shiny so to speak - Beginner friendly because each knot is easy to see, and doesn't flop around so that you can work back into the beginning chain with some ease - machine washable! I air dry mine Cons: - I honestly haven't run into any. It's gorgeous yarn.

Love the yarn, pretty and soft for a baby blanket. The project i make with blanket, decorative border and matching infant hat requires 3 1/2 skeins, and is sold in a pack of three 5 oz , I wish they were 6 oz or sold in packs of 4.

I love this yarn! It is so soft & feels so luxurious. It drapes beautifully & I bought more to play with. Unfortunately I moved and could not find the yarn I previously purchased to finish these(tho I just did unpack it now that I’ve moved lol) so my dye lots do not match. I used 2 skeins of yarn with a 3dc, 3sc pattern and a sc border. It’s 86”x22” or thereabouts. I’ll be making a hat too. If you can get a nice slick hook it works up fast & beautifully. I bought set of Pioneer Woman hooks on clearance at Wally World that was in between sizes apparently so this was worked with a 5.25mm hook instead of the 5.00mm hook the yarn advises to use. I’m allergic to the sun so I like to wear light shawls in spring & summer and in winter bc of its size I can wrap it around my neck multiple x and it still works. The only issues I’ve had with it is using the invisible knot or magic knot bc it came undone. Luckily I saw it while doing my border & I tied another knot-several x so it looks a bit goofy in that one section rn, but idc. I love it. It feels great. And I don’t care if other ppl wanna look for my mistakes. It’s functional. It’s beautiful. It’s got an ok price point. I just wish they would sell it in 1 pound skeins bc I’d use it to make just about everything. I used some to make a granny square too. It just feels so nice in ur hands while working with it and it feels lovely on ur skin. I bought more in more colors. Hoping to make a ripple afghan with it one day and some shopping bags tho I usually use cotton for them. This color scheme- Oceana- would make a lovely evening purse imo.

This yarn has always been a favorite! Crocheting with it is smooth and buttery feel. Flows easy, it can get snagged inbetween thread at times, but just watch out how you angle your hook, that helps. I love using metal hooks because it glides easier. Tho , to tie it off is an issue as it does come undone. How I remedied this is to take a lightier and burn it slightly fast over the 2 ends. It melts it quickly at the 2 ends of the tips. Blow it to cool then touch to tap it down and it’s perfect permanent lock. It’s so tiny the dot it’s practically invisible. But just practice before attempting your garment. I’m a pro now. lol The color? It looks lightier in the Ad , than in person! But it was ok with me as it’s the first time purchasing this Seashell color 61009 lot, Just because I found it pretty and wanted to have it. I have a screen shot of the advertisement of the seashell yarn and a photo and video of what I got! I’ll tell you, I LOVE the actual color in person!!!! So creamy rich! Gorgeous beige ,See video! We all know screens can be different and people’s taste varies from one to the next. But, I highly recommend this yarn and color!

Love the color and the texture. There are a LOT of factory knots and frays. The yarn itself works up great, the drape is awesome. Be prepared for factory knots every few feet.

Yes, I'm bored! The yarn is gorgeous. My family refers to me as a yarn snob because I will ONLY crochet with Caron Simply Soft yarn. I absolutely adore this yarn. It has a wonderful feel to it and creates beautiful crocheted pieces. Thanks so much for creating such a high quality yarn.

I love the look, the sheen, and the feel of this yarn brand. I don’t buy any other now unless I just have no choice. Occasionally while knitting, I’ll hit a patch of yarn that wants to split, and it’s irritating, but I keep going and so far, the split yarn hasn’t shown up in my finished item.

Every single Caron skein I have bought has been a dream in terms of finding the center pull. Honestly, I will pay a bit more if there is a choice between Caron and other brands just for that. This yarn is lovely to work with as well ... soft and smooth and great colour. Colour is pretty much exactly as shown (which is uncommon for yarns). The only slight negative is that it is a bit heavier than other acrylic yarns once a project is finished (crochet, not sure if that holds for knitted work as well). For blankets, for example, it results in a rather heavy blanket ... which could be good or bad, depending on your goals. It does get a bit fuzzy rather quickly as well ... for me, that's nice because I like the similarly to natural fibers in terms of the fuzzier look (wools), but it may be a detriment to some projects. All in all, I will always recommend this yarn. It's great and is actually pretty reasonably priced compared to some (insane) brands on Amazon ... and the skeins aren't a quarter of the normal size like some other brands.

I love this yarn. So easy to crochet with. I have read that this yarn splits easily but using Clover hooks I haven't found this to be so.
